It's funny because I remember Rufus Sewell being a popular casting choice for Zod a few years ago.

I've been thinking this is definitely a different take on Superman and his co-characters, no undies on the suit, Perry White is Black, Lois Lane is a red head and Jimmy Olsen is possibly now a woman. So it had me thinking, pretty much everyone thinks Lex needs to be bald but if they could change those aspects of those characters maybe Lex will have hair.

It's possible. Though they probably wont change him too much with him being a main character. I think he will be or will get bald though.

it'll be someone we don't even expect. There is already a pool of suave character actors we know more than fit the bill, and while they would hit it out the park, you kind of want to go unorthodox sometimes.
