When I was a kid in the 80s, I confused Kurt Russell and Bill Pullman somehow. I would have sworn up and down that Kurt Russell played Lonestar in Spaceballs.
I'm also guilty of Christopher Meloni and Elias Koteas. I remember when Meloni showed up on Oz, and I thought it was Casey Jones. Nick Nolte and Gary Busey is another one I had trouble with as a kid. Thomas Jane and Aaron Eckhart gave me trouble until around the time that Punisher came out.

I know the other isn't an actress but I always got Zooey and Katy mixed up:

I read somewhere that Laurence Fishburne and Samuel L Jackson often get mistaken for one another by the public.
I used to get Chris Rock and Chris Tucker mixed up. Also Travis Schuldt and Casper Van Dien
