1.Mr Freeze-No comment nessessary
2.Riddler-Just as obsessive, far less goofy, more subtle yet brain wracking riddles. 3.Penguin-A more "Kingpin" type crooked businessman/crime boss 4.Two Face-The Dark Knight portayal was fine,I just first of all would rather he not die (though I understand why he was killed off) and secondly,I like the idea that there's always a chance that Harvey's still in there and might one day overcome his evil side. 5.Ra's Al Ghul-Traditional Lazarus Pit version. Honorable mentions to Poison Ivy who deserves a much better portrayal than the one in Batman and Robin and Talia, who's portrayal I prefer being torn between her loyalty to her father and her love for Batman.Plus,a neccessity in introducing Damien.

1. The Penguin. As much as I enjoyed Danny DeVito's circus/sewer freak interpretation, I would like to see a more traditional take on Mr. Cobblepot.
2. Mr. Freeze. Paul Dini's tragic Mr. Freeze on screen please. 3. The Scarecrow. Barely scratched the surface of his potential in Nolan's movies. I want to see a fully costume terrifying Scarecrow. 4. The Riddler. Lots of potential for a smart obsessive villain like Edward Nygma. 5. The Ventriloquist and Scarface. I know they've never been done in the movies before,, but I would like to see them more than Joker, Catwoman, Two Face and Ivy yet again. I think these two are one of the creepiest villains Batman has. I mean a guy who's puppet has it's own sadistic personality in his mind.

5. Joker- Don't have the "crave" to see another portrayal from the get-go, down the line of course.
4. Poison Ivy- Emma Stone? 3. Two-Face- I want another serious tone, but more screen time. 2. Mr. Freeze- We need a badass version on the big screen ASAP! People say we may never see it, but I think they need to chill. /arnold 1. Riddler- Do it. Now.

I know, but I really want to see them more than any of the remaining movie villains we've already seen.

Understood and that's cool. I think Robin Williams would make a great Ventriloquist btw.

My arrangement would go more like: 1 - Riddler 2 - Scarecrow 3 - Two-Face 4 - Freeze 5 - Penguin There's another awesome story or two to tell with the Joker still, but for now I'm happy enough with what Heath did to let these other guys (especially the mistreated ones) shine for a while. Also would love to see 'catch me if you can' portrayed more deeply with Catwoman.

I'd honestly embrace each character reimagined at some point and I think for some, the often proposed live action Batman show might be the best approach in fleshing them all out.For some reason I just don't think we'll see Bane appear again in another movie. I think a few episodes where Bruce becomes addicted to the Venom steroid a few seasons before Bane is introduced could could make a great storyline leading to another great storyline with Bane becoming addicted and eventually kicking the habit himself.

Hmm. Joker had a good list.
-Penguin, Riddler, Freeze, Ivy and ill put Joker & Scarecrow tied for last. Im in no hurry to see Joker but im curious to see somebody follow Ledger AND be a character beside Harley Quinn. Scarecrow on the other hand deserves more screentime than Joker. They should reverse it. Use Joker for cameos and Scarecrow for one big role as a scary creep. -Since Joker mentioned Ventriloquist (that's not a bad choice at all actually, he can be very creepy)..ill say that Hugo Strange and Black Mask are the others i want to see that haven't been used yet. I also like the Robin Williams for Arnold Wesker fancast. Didn't think of that, it's better than Williams for Strange actually. These days i think Christoph Waltz fits Strange better. 1. Poison Ivy - More BTAS, less Mae West.
2. Joker - Again, more comic book mixed with BTAS for me. 3. Riddler - Too awesome of a villain to use, so many possibilities for storylines. 4. Scarecrow - Under-utilized for my taste. So much potential for such visual horrors not seen in a superhero movie yet. 5. Two-Face - Just a great character who still hasn't gotten his due.

In order of WANT:
#5 - Riddler. Would love to see an interpretation of the character that doesn't treat him as a second-rate Joker. #4 - Catwoman. I've loved both film versions of the character but neither seems quite like the actual comic version to me. #3 - Penguin. Want an interesting take on this character that will make him fascinating again. #2 - Freeze. Deserved a better movie and could be really exciting to see on film. #1 - Scarecrow. Lots of potential was wasted there in the Nolan films, to be honest. I want all out Scarecrow, with the hat and scythe and everything.

Gonna be honest here: I don't get the appeal or mass fandom of BTAS Joker.
Loved Beyond's Return of the Joker, but otherwise didn't find him compelling. Maybe I need to rewatch the series.. (Any recommendations for Joker episodes?)

To answer the thread question(so to not mention any villains that haven't been shown in a live-action film because, man, that list will be long, lol), I'd say...
1.) The Riddler - something of a mixture of Arkhamverse's version and The Batman's version; arrogant, cocky, intelligent as hell, dark and sinister 2.) Mr. Freeze - again, taking cues of Arkhamverse's version, but also BTAS 3.) Scarecrow - we need a much more scarier take; Nolan's version had potential in Batman Begins but it only went downhill from there 4.) The Penguin - nothing of a penguin freak, but more of a gangster 5.) Poison Ivy - what's funny is that Batman & Robin had a fine story of Poison Ivy such as the background and what not, but it could obviously be more And as a bonus...I wouldn't mind seeing Catwoman being used again, but not because I didn't like Hathaway's version, but I would love to see the Selina Kyle/Holly Robinson friendship used in a film.

Not really understanding the joker hate. I mean batman does have other villains but joker is always number 1. PERIOD!!! I know others need to shine but you can never have a batman series without him. I understand it can be done but it shouldn't

After Heath Ledger's Joker which left me really satisfied, I am more anxious to see other villains get some top treatment.

Then, in Justice League, there's the two part Wild Card. The first part is rather tame, but the second part, especially the finale, is spectacular. Those three stories really get the Joker character right in my opinion. He's scary, disturbing, funny, and a real threat.

1. Scarecrow: I enjoyed his fear gas-induced sequences in Arkham Asylum and would like to see something similar.
2. Poison Ivy: IDK about her comic characterization beyond Falcone hiring her to control Bruce in TLH. Maybe as head of a foreign drug cartel or something? 3. Mr. Freeze: Like Bane, I feel Freeze has one really good story to him. 4. Joker: He's the last villain I want to see again, but given his popularity he will be showing up eventually. I think the best route for the next Joker is to show him screwing around with Dr. Quinzel's psyche, morphing her into Harley Quinn. It could be very depraved and twisted without venturing into R-territory violence/graphic scenes. 5. Catwoman

As for the villians, I would only repeat the other options already mentioned: The Riddler, Mr. Freeze, The Scarecrow, The Penguin and Poison Ivy, in that order. Bring those five in a fresh compelling way.
