I personally don't see they hype over her. I just don't think that she's very attractive.

Just to keep it on topic but I've not really seen much of Antje, I have watched Pandorum but tbh I didn't really think much of it & can't really remember her performance. So has anyone seen anything else she's been in that would be worth watching?

This is more for my liking.

She looks like she could have been a good Lois Lane. Amy Adams looks kinda bland as the feisty Lois Lane.

Her 'feistiness' will be more evident in her actual performance, as opposed to being evident in a still image. Pesonally, after seeing her in the Fighter I've got no qualms about Adams portraying feisty.

The Fighter is a perfect example of why Adams is absolutely perfect for the role of Lois Lane hand down.

agreed, she's so talented, all one has to do is look at her body of work to see how perfect she really is for Lois Lane

Awesome Re: TMOS Set & Official Photo Thread - Discussion Welcome - Part 9

Ç, ç (c-cedilla) is a Latin script letter, used in the Albanian, Azerbaijani, Ligurian, Tatar, Turkish, Turkmen, Kurdish and Zazaki alphabets. This letter also appears in Catalan, French, Friulian, Occitan and Portuguese as a variant of the letter "c". It is also occasionally used in Crimean Tatar, and Manx.

It was first used for the sound of the voiceless alveolar affricate /ts/ in old Spanish and stems from the Visigothic form of the letter "z". This phoneme originated in Vulgar Latin from the palatalization of the plosives /t/ and /k/ in some conditions.

Later, /ts/ changed into /s/ in many Romance languages and dialects. Spanish has not used this symbol since an orthographic reform in the 18th century (which replaced "ç" with the now-devoiced "z"), but it was adopted for writing other languages.

In the International Phonetic Alphabet, "ç" represents the voiceless palatal fricative.

See, way more interesting than a fancy "Z" in a shield.

Faora. One of the antagonists. She's play by Antje Traue. Lois is played by Amy Adams, whose hair is a lot longer and a lot redder.

Yeah, i know that. But this is more then likely a photo taken for PR purposes, after the film was done shooting. Or it's been taken specifically for this empire magazine. Adams could, in theory, easily had cut and dired her hair :-)

Anyway, I thought that Faora was the other chick in the picture... Umm, then who is she!? :-)

I feel the opposite. Shorter haired, evil and androgyn looking Antje ftw.

I think that is Superman's mom. Even if they cut Amy's hair she would still look nothing like Antje.

If it was taken for PR purposes, why would they allow Amy to look radically different in the promotional material than she does in the film?

I never thought she was ugly or anything, I was just never particularly attracted to her until now.
