Got a bit further on a collaborative research idea, and got a bit further on my own research ideas for my dissertation. I was able to make a case for my research to my advisor, and he's curious to see more. I may be able to begin collecting data within the next year, depending on what I find out.
I've been stressing out over my lack of usable ideas (I've had three or four so far, and each has had some serious problems), so this is exciting. |

I had a fabolous dinner tonight with my eldery parents (in their 70's), my brother and his girlfriend, and her adorable 16 yo daughther.
Of course the teen girl vansihed quite early to meet her friends, but the rest of us had a really nice night together before we split up. I feel i'ts getting more and more important to get together like this, since I'm really starting to worrying about my dad's heart..

Found a way to fix a script that the company had on the shelves for 10 years! If this baby is as good as I think it is, oh yeah this is gonna be AWESOME!!!
I think all it needed was fresh young blood in both the writer and in the characters. Because it seems to finally work.
