Well there are alternate (unlockable) costumes like MK9. And we have the new 52 dlc and arkham city skins dlc.

I'm hoping so. I already put money down at Gamestop for the pre-order but I would really like the Arkham skins as well.

Red Son/New 52/&Arkham City alt.attires are great But I hope they include alts for other big heroes like Flash/Green Lantern&Green Arrow than just Supes/Bats&WW

I would like to see classic costumes for all (modeled after Jim Lee's art style), New 52 Lantern and Aquaman, classic Raven (w/ the robes...not the bird costume), and Kingdom Come Superman.

I'd also like to see some alternate characters as skins: Yellow Lantern Jordan/Sinestro, Green Lantern Jordan/Sinestro/Stewart, Power Girl/Supergirl New 52/classic Supergirl, Robin/Batgirl, Captain Cold/Mr. Freeze, Shazam/Black Adam (assuming they are not already in the game separately), Hawkwoman/Hawkman

Agreed about the classic costumes. Especially for Batman and Harley Quinn, because their official ones are, to put it nicely... awful.

And possibly not as DLC, I don't even like DLCs that much.

I think we will be getting some gameplay and it will feature someone who NR has confirmed and that we haven't yet seen in action: Green Lantern, Joker, Bane, or Luthor. Luthor had a little special move footage in the last trailer but I wouldn't say we've seen his gameplay yet. I want to see Green Lantern the most of that group but I'm really hoping for a long stream of gameplay w/ all of them.

His tweet makes no sense. Its "not" a "character reveal", but its "pulling the curtain back on something they hinted at recently?" Lets see what has NR been hinting recently: Aquaman, Ares, Shazam, Black Adam, Raven, Hawkgirl, and Sinestro. I still think its a character reveal.

New Characters
During the demo we were also shown a variety of characters that may or may not be playable. The list includes Hawk Girl, Aquaman, Doomsday, Raven, Ares, Bane, Captain Marvel, Black Adam, and Sinestro. They could be seen in various cut scenes fighting already confirmed characters. We've reached out to WB and NetherRealm for more information about the roster and will update this article if we hear back.

I thought that Bane was already playable? And Hawkgirl was confirmed playable via Giant Bomb's roster list. Doomsday is featured on the play stick, so Boss? or playable? Raven was given a fairly descriptive mention in the UK Xbox mag, and was shown battling Lex Luthor in Watchtower. I think she's playable because Boon would have flat said "no". Since every DC character from MK vs DC is in (minus Darkseid), Captain Marvel has to be in. Boon did tweet videos titled "AC/DC Back to Black" and "Adam Ant", this is definitely a Black Adam hint.

Ares and Sintestro are another story. My theory is that Wonder Woman stopped praying to Athena, and instead is worshiping Ares. Ares would be her mentor/guide in the new Regime. So idk if he'll be playable. As for Sinestro, he'll probably be working with Hal/Supes/ and Wondy to install fear within those who oppose them. Like Ares idk if he'll be playable.

With Bane, they described his "character trait" involving the use of venom and that he had his signature backbreaker move. so I think it's safe to assume he's playable.

As for Ares, that article mentioned how they wanted to make him "cooler" to the mainstream audience. the way they talked about him, it sounds like he's playable, or at the very least, he has a prominent role in the story.

I could see Doomsday being an unplayable/unlockable sub-boss/boss character.

Sinestro could be tricky, especially as the trailer showed Hal in Yellow Lantern garb. Could there be 2 versions of Hal ( like MK 9 had Subzero and Cyber Subzero )? A Green Lantern Hal with green/will-based moves and a Yellow Lantern Hal with yellow/fear-based moves........

Black Adam......yeah....as you said.....Boon did make a fairly obvious hint.

the question will be......do we get both Black Adam AND Shazam? could they be character swaps of each other?

To be honest i think its going to be either Raven, Hawkgirl or Aquaman and i am starting to wonder if Shazam is just going to be a skin for Black Adam.
