Planet Hulk and then WW Hulk for Avengers 3 is like turning him into a villain. If they did do Planet Hulk, it would be better for villains to have sent him there instead of the heroes.

Hmm I think I call BS on both rumors. They sound kind of cool but they seem really ambitious. Like, too ambitious. Idk how they dictate making a planet hulk movie before they have a sequel involving the leader. But Idk that's just me. And the wwh avengers 3 plot sounds out of hand. Why make a movie that splits a fan base? They spent too much time trying to portray hulk as a hero just to throw it away by doing wwh.

I am really glad to see that more people here share my opinion of this "scoop" about the Phase 3 plot elements.

The ONLY way I could see this work and not absolutely piss off the fan base, is if it's that council that runs S.H.I.E.L.D. that sends Hulk up. When he comes back he starts tearing S.H.I.E.L.D. up. That is the only way I could see that working out. Either them, or the villains.

Even then: there are far more interesting stories they could do.

Hulk as the villain in Avengers 3 would be where the Avengers franchise starts going downhill for the 3rd movie. Just because Marvel has had success before with Hulk in the Avengers doesn't mean that they can just do anything they like with the characters and still expect the audience to respond in the same positive way.

I can't view the video at the moment. Is that what the scoop is or is there more to it? I don't want to see Hulk as a villain. It worked so well when they finally showed heroic Hulk.

Yeah, Latino-Review's "scoop" is a Planet Hulk movie for Phase III, and Avengers 3 becomes World War Hulk.

As I keep telling people, Avengers 3 will not be completely based on WWH, it will be an element of the film rolled into something different. You have to stop thinking so basically.

I honestly don't see how or why they'd take the franchise to that point and how anyone came to find out so much info on it when we barely know anything about phase 2 and avengers 2.
We do need a hulk sequel in phase 3 but not in the form of planet hulk or wwh.

I liked both stories. But this is a very uncreative way to construct phase 3. I personally think we'll get ultron for avengers 3.

Guess you're going to be disappointed then, although I'm sure you're not actually thinking about why a PH movie can work and are just going off of gut reaction to Hulk being in space and seemingly portrayed as a villain in A3 (which wouldn't be the case anyway).

Planet Hulk is one of the best ways to make a Hulk movie and specifically offers the opportunity for Marvel to capitalize on what made Hulk so popular in the Avengers.

i agree. Planet hulk is great. WWH is not. Everyone jobbing for Hulk. I'd rather not see an onscreen version of an arc that was written by someone too busy sucking Hulk's d*** than actually write

Time will tell. It's going to take more than a self-congratulatory internet "journalist" talking this up before I believe it. Until Feige or someone else with actual involvement offers some confirmation it's just vaporware.

I really hope that the Avengers 3 doesn't end up being an adaption of World War Hulk either. I don't want to see the Hulk presented as a villain. Plus, that may very well be the last time we see the current cast together, and I think a better farewell would be them going up against Ultron, Kang, or even the Masters of Evil.
