Thats whos playing Apocaylypse after 2 CHainz passed on the role.

Dazzler is hopefully never gonna be some trashy Kesha pop musician, a mid 40 year old pop star or Lady Gaga. All they need to do is grab a hot 18-25 year old upcoming blonde actress who can actually act, may or may not be able to sing and hire daft punk to make the music and there ya go.

there are many talented young actresses that can sing and have a great look.
Id love to see Dazzler joining Beast, Havok and Banshee on the sequel, would be a great nod to the 70's comics

I think we will get more casting news very soon. They can't just erase Emma Frost, Banshee, Havok, Azazel, Moira, Angel Salvadore and Riptide, and they are likely to add a couple more in the future. Some of the First Class actors won't be there, but I hope there is an explanation, even if a brief line in the dialogue.

Just because they haven't confirmed more first Class cast members doesn't mean most of cast from First Class will be gone.

They were very close to having Dazzler show up in TLS. They even cast someone in the role: Beverly Mahood (a country Singer here in Canada, and a morning show host in Vancouver at that time).

Actually if she was 20 years younger, I would love to see her play Dazzler especially she played my favorite Street Fighter character, Cammy in the 90s Street Fighter movie!

There's no need to being back Moira...you could say her story is essentially over. Her mind has been wiped, the X-Men are no longer part of the CIA..why have her come back and muck it up?

Moira should have a better arc during the series, not only just FC.

This series is about the origins and evolution of the original team along with Charles. Charles needs his lovestory with Moira. She doesnt even need to work with the CIA anymore.

To introduce such an important character from Charles history and sign a great actress as Rose Bryne and then drop her on the sequel is such a wrong decision.

To drop so many characters from one movie to another is bad storytelling and a wrong direction for this franchise

Yeah, the only people that had to come back besides Erik & Charles are Raven & Hank. Everyone else was too minimal to require further exploration.
