Seriously though,being a famous child star and having parents like hers,I feel sorry for her,someone should stick her on a desert island for a year,that would sort her out.

Not quite sure why people have such a hatred for Lohan. Plenty of people mess up their lives, she should be pitied until she finds her feet, if anything. Still, it's great to feel like you're above someone right?

I don't speak for others, but for the longest time, I did want her to be better and get help. I wanted to see her turn things around and get back on top. What's happened since is a barrage of special treatment that even other stars don't get. Even if they did, around now their luck would be running out and the law would start getting sick of their shenanigans.

What really affected my opinion of her was the recent article about the behind the scenes antics on the set of "The Canyon", I felt like my eyes were opened by that.

A lot of what happened in that was calculated on her part, really. She acted genuinely interested in the project, courteous at first, and then when she screwed up for the first time, she was terminated then reluctantly brought back. After things were sealed and there was no out for any one, that's when she actually sarcastically said "Well, it looks like you'll have fire me."

There's a big part of her that doesn't want help, thinks the rules don't apply to her and is generally self destructive. I used to feel for her, but I don't even know where the drug related influence starts and where the personality defects end.

Who I am concerned about these days? Amanda Bynes, forget the recent Lil' Kim look and cheek piercings, her behaviour appeared to be something more than the "typical starlet substance abuse meltdown" dance we often see. It seemed like she was/is mentally disturbed and going through something unsettling. There are the bits of her behaviour where you could argue that it's a bid for attention, but the treadmill laughing incident, crying and locking herself in a bathroom for an hour, waltzing around dazed and naked seem like an indicator that there is an atypical issue afoot here.

Just my 0.02 and pocket lint on the matter.

I think it's kinda funny that the only people that seem to be bailing her out of stuff like this are these older guys.
