Do you get the feeling that it wasn't really Joker that Superman gut punched? I'm sort of getting a little Arkham City vibe. It may or may not be Clayface, though who else would be a good character if the Joker pulled a switch?

if you look at how the joker looks like in the game you'll know its actually joker. Look at the belt armor thingy hes wearing same place where superman punched him

NR said there is going to be an explanation for how all these characters are balanced with each other. I'm wondering if maybe Joker really is dead and things are about to spiral out of control for the main cast. Later, somehow a strong magic character like Dr. Fate, for his own reasons having to do with fate and destiny, will become involved and re-set time/re-balance our cast. That would explain how slightly different versions of the same events are replaying in the game story as well.

Standard Arrows: unlimited (can be charged for greater damage, GA does not have to stay stationary to charge)
Fire Arrows: 3 (can cause burning damage over time, even when opponent blocked the arrow)
Stun Arrows: 2 (causes short stun)
Ice Arrows: 1 (causes a longer stun)
Exploding Arrows: not selectable like the fire/stun/ice arrows but rather it is used automatically in certain special moves (I suspect that the EX version of the normal arrows makes them explosive as well)
Bolo-Grapple Arrow: seen only in GA's "Super" move to pull opponent back to the ground
Zip-line Arrow: not available in combat, used in GA's entrance animation
Green Fireworks Arrow: not available in combat, used in GA's victory animation

He also has a boxing glove arrow in the comics. Doesn't seem like it'll be in the game though.

My guess is that all three Batman villains are story mode only characters. They all have the Arkham games builds. I think it would be really cool if they were part of the stage transition between sub-parts of the Arkham level. Maybe if you do the button input to smack your opponent into another part of the assylum it smacks your oppenent instead into the arms of Killer Croc...he then smashes his victim through the floor to the cell block area where we've seen the Poison Ivy and Mr. Freeze cells.

Killer Croc would make a sweet alt skin for Doomsday though.

Probably because they realize how successful the Arkham games were, and they think it's a good idea to somehow connect Injustice to it. Attract more people, get more money.

I bet that Killer Croc is a DLC character included in the Arkham City DLC pack. I would have rather had Clayface or Poison Ivy but Killer Croc would still be really cool.

The early builds of this game showed room for 15 stages. I'm hoping they show off one we haven't seen much of w/ tomorrow's Battle Arena. With today's image do you think they'll be showing off the Arkham stage tomorrow? ...it might make sense w/ Bane and Harley

Actually Batman goes to Arkham to see if Joker is in his cell. Of course he isnt and instead Deathstroke(hired by Joker) attacks Batman. This comes from chapter one of the stroymode, which follows batman. In a recent preview it says that the story mode is like mk9 with chapters focusing on one character.

My guess is its a Stage Interaction. Killer Croc will be one (From picture), Poison Ivy and Mr Freeze will maybe be. i think if you press the Stage Interaction infront of their Cell Door it will open and they will do something then escape

Yeah that would be cool if Ivy attacks them with a giant carnivorousness plant, and Freeze freezes them with his gun.
