I was wondering about that, does he have a special dagger with a story behind it?

edit: nevermind, I think I found it. "Asgardian blade, bestowed Loki's power on Knut Caine/Mad Viking. The dagger allowed him to shapeshift, control snow and ice, change his size, reshape matter and enchant others. " Exciting if this is the same dagger!
