For Episode VII, only as a cameo of Force ghost Anakin (Hayden Christensen).
As for Vader himself? I would like a stand alone film set between Episode III & IV, as he adjusts to his new life as a Sith, coming to terms with what he has done, and hunting down Jedi for the Empire. And definitely have to have James Earl Jones do the voice. Alternately, I'd like to see the Clone Wars show continue past Order 66 and handle these subjects. I think Dave Filoni & crew would do a great job!

Vaders been ruined enough. Putting him in the new films would be the biggest cop out ever. The original Clone Wars Cartoon established Grievous as a villain that could live up to Vader and the new one has done the same for Maul. It won't be an easy task, but creating a new Vader is far from impossible, especially with George there to give ideas. People have done wonders refining his strange ideas!
