I think it's just the low quality of that photo directly above. His hairline looks normal in the other two.

His hairline has actually been receding for a while now. You could easily see it in the last season or two when his hair was more to the side.

Wow, the haircut looks a lot different on him! But he still looks pretty young in the face. He's one of those people who will always look 5+ years younger than he really is.
