Activision and High Moon announcing Deadpool project at SDCC - Page 13

Two articles have been released today that give alot of info:

The first article really gives me some hope that this game will show Deadpool as something more than some clown. I just hope that someone at High Moon gave Way some assistance in writing the script, since Way only sees Wade as a bafoon.

The second article gives some info on one of the missions & the plot of the game. Some of the stuff there sounds hilarious.

I love how sincere the writer is when he is playing Deadpool.

The pictures put me off to be honest! But the article sounds great! I think I'll love the game only thanks to the humour and characters.

There's something very generic over the pictures IMO. Very boring graphics and style.

Yea High Moon has been pretty good here recently, so i cant wait to see how they do with Pool.

Those are awesome. This is kinda reminding me of the Wolverine game. When that game hit i remember thinking how cool a really violent over the top Deadpool game would be.

I picked up this weeks stack of comics and they all have a flyer for the Deadpool game. It says summer 2013 and it features a few of the new pics that were just released, it also has Deadpool standing there wearing a more traditional costume as opposed to the game costume. It has more weaponry on it and it doesn't have the pin stripes on the black areas of his costume, so I'm thinking this is an alt.

Hmm, sounds neat. Maybe the game will drop in August? Didn't the last Transformers game High Moon made hit in aug?

yeah the last transformers did drop in august, although im hoping we get deadpool in june or july.

Deadpool sneaks in a summer 2013 launch window

The Deadpool game from High Moon Studios and Activision is creeping up on us, now with an official release mention of "summer 2013." The Deadpool Bugle spotted an ad for Deadpool in some comics last week, complete with the launch window right in everyone's faces. We previously heard half of that – the "2013" part – so it looks like things are narrowing down.

We've contacted Activision to clarify the launch window for Deadpool.

CBMs in the near future I'm most looking forward to at this moment: 2) Thor 2, 3) Man of Steel, 4) The Amazing Spider-Man 2, 5) Guardians of the Galaxy (would be higher in the list if it wasn't for how much I hate the film Super from the same director).
