How long do you guys think this movie will be? X2 was 2.5 hrs. Is it possible Singer is making a 3 hr long X-Men movie here?

I think it will be around X2 runtime.

Hopefully 6 months of shooting means a lot of spy pics, inside info and such.

Future DoFP scenes takes place after X-Men 3, not after X2 or X1 as some people speculated.

Pure speculation on my part, but if they are filming for 6 months then other actors/characters might not be announced until filming is well under-way.

Very true. But with the film starting production in just over a month, I do believe all of the key players are confirmed and in place. I'd assume that future casting announcements will be for smaller and/or special characters like Nixon.

Not saying he does. Would have assumed they would have met with the way Millars been talking about the project. Probably just talks to Vaughn. Either way I dont give a ****. I just hope everyones on the right page for this franchise and its future.

These latest tibets are very Intresting.

Bryan has said It's very well balanced between First Class and Original trilogy casts.

He has talked about doing better with Mystique's morphing for example.I am sure we will get a better Iceman In Ice form than they had with Last Stand.

And I think we can safely say Richard Nixon takes Senator Kelly's role In storyline.
Maybe Mystique goes undercover as security or some role at white house.You know they will want to show Jennifer Lawrence outside of blue makeup.

I think there's one more big casting announcement to be made. I'd like to think it would be Halle Berry and January Jones. I think most of the remaining First Class actors are covered in Bryan's contract quote. Maybe Halle and Rebecca Romijn will be the final announcement.

3 hours would be a bit risky and too long for the audience but most 3 hr long movies that i know (Avatar/Titanic/LOTR) did very well at the box-office. I would be glad if the movie is that long, more development, more scenes, the merrier.

I just hope its the longest X-Men movie so far especially this is going to be the biggest X-Men movie to date.

Ya know, we've been all caught up in the Halle Berry Situation Room, but you're right: Rebecca Romijn has NOT been confirmed yet. And we have a "past version" already in place for her with Jennifer Lawrence. That's...curious, when you think about it.
