Yes, it is impressive. But, to me, not nearly impressive as his other films that are able to succeed in a multitude of arts, not just conceptually.

Seems like I forgot some good ones. Batman: The Movie is great, and reminded me of another one...
Batman: Mask of the Phantasm Also, am I the only one that really liked the Beverly Hillbillies movie as a kid?

And I like Addam's Family Values Quote:
Mission Impossible film series: I don't like the first The second is my favorite, the thing I don't like about it is burning the virus dead then the need to inject that woman with the anti-virus after it was confirmed the virus was killed The third is alright, Lawrence Fishburne threw me off, one time he was the traitor, another he congratulated Ethan on his success Fourth one is probably the strongest

You've reminded me of an unpopular opinion of mine.
I think The Untouchables is one of the most overrated movies of all time. |

Back to the discussion about the separation between an artist's private life and his work. Tom Cruise is really an amazing actor.

Yes he is, and he almost always put so much into his roles.

I don't think Tom Cruise is THAT good of an actor, but I do think he does a phenomenal job picking roles. He's one actor I can pretty consistently depend on to the turn out good movies.

OK, I think I'm about to get pretty unpopular now.
I don't like The Goonies. If you can, please try to take into consideration all the childhood nostalgia you might bring into the equation before you hate me ![]() To each its own, right?

I used to think The Goonies was a masterpiece until I got older. I still find it enjoyable , but wouldn't expect it to be popular with today's younger crowd.

I liked The Brady Bunch , Beverly Hillbillies , and Addams Family films. I haven't seen any of them since I was a teenager though , but I'll revisit Addams Family when it hits blu ray. |
