No big deal. But why "Jenny"? Why not Jamie?

I like Jamie too since it's a form of Jimmy/James

I pretty much agree wit DavidTyler on this. As a fan of Olsen, I would be a little disappointed if this change is true. If true, I hope the characterization is true to Olsen.

I don't proclaim to be a fan of Jimmy Olsen's, but if they make this chick out to be Jimmy, I'd be a little confused as to why they made the change. Now if it turns out that she is his sister or cousin then I wouldn't have a problem with it...either way it's not going to ruin the movie for me or for any of the rest of you. It's a SUPERMAN movie....NOT a Jimmy Olsen movie.

That said, and while I don't see why not Jamie (nit picking), I really do enjoy all aspects of the Superman universe and that does include Jimmy Olsen. He has been there since the beginning...if it ain't broke don't fix it. He's even got a song written about him. Lol. But I'll accept it. Like others have said it doesn't make or break the movie for me.

Why is it in Greek and not Latin?

Because maybe he's Greek, and the Greek believe in God too

because the original New Testament manuscripts are written in Greek, not Latin... but this is besides the point, and derailing the thread. this can be discussed elsewhere

Count me in the "I don't give a flying or photographing f**K" camp when it comes to Olsen.

Speaking as a Jimmy myself, and on behalf of all Jimmy's (I am their king. It was a fair election, like the Queen of Naboo) we are offended and sad. We really liked being Superman's best friend.

I'm hoping she's just another Daily Planet worker named Jenny and has nothing to do with Jimmy Olsen.

I don't really care that much, although as someone pointed out, Jimmy is Clark's best guy friend. And it's important that he has a few bros, ya know? Of course, I guess Pete Ross and Ron Troupe could fill those shoes too.
