If you are satisfied or are one of the original Henry boosters then fine. I'm not convinced, no matter how much you are.

How about we wait till we see the movie.

How dare you not let critics sway you, without them there would be chaos and madness.

He doesn't look the part to me. I don't know how much more explicitly it can be explained to your satisfaction. He doesn't look like Superman to me, Mon El maybe.

Slow down now, ChickenScratch is entitled to his opinion. Leave it alone, if he doesn't see it, he doesn't see it.

Not the first time I heard that. Some people have a very specific image of Supes.

Insulting.

Because I don't share your opinion? Learn to accept that everyone does not see things the way you do. I am not sold on Henry. That is all there is to it.

Which Superman is the definitive Superman? There have been many, many different depictions of Superman (in the Comics, on TV, and in movies) and they were all different. Cavill isn't identical to any of them, but that's not a bad thing. How do you not agree that he looks similar enough to play the role?

What makes him look more like Mon-El than Kal-El to you? Which depiction of Mon-El are you referring to, and which depiction of Superman? If you want to make such a fine distinction, you must have some sort of reason.

As I said earlier
It's allllll good.
People on here ( hell the entire Internet) get so irritated or caught up in opinions.
It's a free country, believe what you want.

I don't think everyone has to share the same opinion, after all it's subjective.

I never thought that Chris Hemsworth looked like comics Thor, but he did give a good performance.

The one I like. How I interpret the character.

Bdecause he does not strike me as Superman. I call him Mon El because he strikes me as anything but Superman.

I think this movie gonna be epic, but you already know the haters going to try and find something to nitpick about.

If henry performance don't be on the same level as shannon, crowe and company, because he is the weakest link in the cast.

It is a good thing that the movie has great actors like Shannon, Crowe and Kostner and they are in good part of the story, so that Henry will not have to carry the whole movie on his shoulders.

having said that, nobody expects him to be at par with these seasoned actors.

Which Superman do you like the most?

If he strikes you as "anything but Superman," why don't you call him Lex Luthor? Or Perry White? You have to agree that he looks, physically, similar to most depictions of Superman. If not, then I'm still waiting to some reason or physical feature that you think disqualifies him from being similar to Superman.

for me when it comes to comic book characters there is no universal look since so many artists have drawn him differently but 1 thing a comic book character has is universal features
