I liked her work in TDKR as a whole better than Les Miz. "I Dreamed a Dream" was spectacular (and Oscar-worthy just for that), but the other parts were really not much to write home about.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with her dress choices this awards season. She has worn so much better stuff before. One of my favorite red carpet looks was her at the 2011 Golden Globes.

All of the dresses were lame. All of the ladies played it too damn safe but in particular I did find Anne's choice of dresses baffling. The Oscar dress is unflattering on her figure. Next time she garners a nod she should step it up.

I remember when she got her 1st nomination and she was just so appreciative even if she didn't won. And now she won an Oscars!

What a versatile actress she is! From Princess' Diaries to Brokeback Mountain to Devil Wears Prada to Alice in Wonderland to Dark Knight Rises to Les Miserables. Can't wait to see whats in store for her in the next 10 years!

I thought it might just be the sewing of the dress, but it looks like you can really see her nipples and even areola through it. Is it slightly see through? Or is that just part of the design of the dress?

Seth Macfarlane only mentioned her for Brokeback Mountain in his boobs song, but there's also Love and Other Drugs and Havoc where she was topless or naked. However for Kate Winslet he listed quite a few movies. Anne should've had more mentions there.

I do think she has worn better dresses before but it's not bad. She certainly does have the prettiest smile.

Design and material, for sure. The satin looks pretty stiff in the darting, so I'm betting that's not Anne.
