It could be one of those things where they give him the more natural look as Clark Kent.

The way his hair is combed does lend itself to that possibility.

I think it's mostly due to Cavill. He looks so stiff in every picture of his I've seen.

I hope I'm so engrossed in the movie that I don't notice his hair the slightest bit.

Let's face it, whether his hair is ok or he is too stiff, he already has Brandon Routh beat.
He can actually act! |

EDIT: You know you're a real fan when you get excited about a lock of hair hypothetically falling on a character's forehead.

The SR trailer was much better than the movie! One of my favorites.

I just fell over T2's trailers yesterday though! There's one example where the movie is a masterpiece of sci-fi action when you see it. But the trailers though makes it look rather weak. It's true... Anyway, I got nostalgic, and I introduced Terminator 2: Judgement Day, to my girlfriend, and she surprisingly loved it too... Even today, 22 whole years later, T2 is just one of those films that's still just as good, if not better then when it premiered! It's one hell of a "monster" of a movie, and one of my favorites of all time - always will be. |

That's because most trailers sucked prior to 1996. The art of good trailer making is a recent phenomenon.

^ Still... way too many trailers exceeds the movie it self, and that's kinda sad.

As for trailers, the trailer that I feel wins the award for least like the movie is THE PHANTOM MENACE. The teaser and the trailer look like completely different movies, and neither of them look like the movie that was released. My favorite trailer of all time is actually the trailer for Watchmen. This one... http://youtu.be/R3orQKBxiEg |

having Muse for the soundtrack didnt hurt either

Ps. The special edition of T2 really adds great extra depth to the film. I always watch that one now :-) |

Me too, the whole subplot with the terminator learning after they turn the chip off read only is great. And the effects shots that show the T-1000 malfunctioning after it re-forms should have been left in.

He really must be wearing the S-suit underneath the way he carries himself.

Damn Cavill's publicist, agent and Warner Bros must be getting Henry to attend every damn award show/red carpet event going to raise his profile before Man Of Steel opens.
