Man that list needs updates, and not just all the new ones since, going all the way back to the oldest ones.
If you're going to justify the Shadow and Conan in there (which is all well and good), then before that you need Fairbanks' Zorro(not a serial), the father of all caped-crusader-masked-avenger-action-hero movies. And all it's remakes. ![]() Tarzan & John Carter, was there a Doc Savage movie? Lone Ranger & Green Hornet are other contenders. ![]() ![]() Also this Superman was not a serial, why start in 66 with Batman? And not counting the serials? Those were some of the first Superhero/Masked-Avenger movies, that pulled right from the comics and pulps. ![]() ![]()

There are a lot of comic book/ superhero movies that have been made, and some of the best superheroes haven't had a movie! I have this show I do every now and then and I have an episode dedicated to that! Don't think this is spam! I only want some input and acknowledgment from fellow comic fans! If you would spend just a couple minutes of your time to let me know what you think, that would help me out a lot! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxHCM6tU_6w

![]() ![]() Ron Ely, the guy who played Tarzan on TV for so many years played Doc Savage in the motion picture of the same name back in 1975.
