Smoke and mirrors dude. There's nothing crazy about it. Deadling Hollywood and The Hollywood Reporter drop scoops multiple times a day every single day. If it was so cut throat they wouldn't be in business. Lawyers? For reporting rumors? Cmon now

I have no idea what his problem with me is. Maybe he doesn't like that I'm not buying what he's selling. I may only be on my third year as a journalist but I was a cop for ten years before this so it's not easy to fool me with a little razzle dazzle.

Best advice I ever got about journalism came from Anderson Cooper. He said that the day you start thinking you're more important than the news you're covering it's time to get out of the game.

And that's all I have to say about that.

Tying MOS to TDKR is so easy , I fail to see why anyone thinks it is hard to tie in ?

It's this simple ........... The Bat is near impending doom with a nuclear bomb and 6 mile blast radius, giving no time for Batman to escape .................... then Superman comes, flies in , rips the cockpit off and flies Batman to safety.

It is THAT easy and can be shown in retrospect.

Move on now people, lets get excited for Bale to return.

Disney will make tons of money in 2015 (Star Wars and Avengers 2). I'm pretty sure WB wants money too. If they find a way to make this thing work, they'll do it.

You make a fair point. Guess you gotta have thick skin too. I mean, look at Nikki Finke haha. And it looks to be quite easy to get caught up in being a personality. It's just movie rumours, ultimately.

Ironically I learned that the hard way and early on. When I was dropping all kinds of Green Lantern stuff and some Marvel scoops (the whole GOTG movie thing came from me originally back in 2010) in my first year trying this biz out it got to my head real quick. I think that would upset people, esp. Batman fans. To retcon it like that, and alter the Batman trilogy story like that. Not that there aren't many options to tie the franchises together.

Well considering i was the first one who speculated that he WAS supposed to play john stewart i can tell you where that rumor originally came from

I can also tell you that he didn't even know who john stewart was until I showed him the damn GL comics.

No, he was never supposed to play john stewart. It was a very rare coincidence that he happened to look like Green Lantern Secret Origins john stewart and be an extra in a bar scene.

They should be. I very much doubt he's seen it. The only people who have seen it are WB employees, friends and family, all who have signed NDAs. Anyone who has seen it won't say they have without running the risk of being sued and/or fired.
