I watched Kingsley in GANDHI again yesterday, he was sensational in that....it will be interesting to see what he brings to the role of Mandarin.

I believe he means the area covered up by his left arm (our right) extended sleeve thingy... The bottom in red looks like skill teeth and the part on the left of his extended sleeve but to the right of the "in chaos" looks like the outline of a skull eye socket.. Idk if he was just messing around or not though haha.

It either is, or it isn't. Even if I'm right, I'm not reading anything more into it other than an easter egg. We already know that Marvel Studios owns Punisher rights, so it makes sense that he exists in the MCU; and it certainly wouldn't be far-fetched for Mandarin to idolize someone like Frank.
