SR Lois and Superman were both tools. Jimmy and Richard White were the most likable characters.

It looses it's effect if she's already been engaged/married. It sort of makes her this 'scorned woman' type, like that's why she is as 'hardened' as she is, rather than it just being that she's a woman so wrapped up in ambition and passion for her work that it takes a guy like him to make her stop and take notice at all.

Agreed; I'm not the biggest fan of the idea of having Lois engaged or even married to some other guy before having met Superman. It's one thing when it comes to having been in previous relationships with other people, but another thing if she was engaged/married to them.

So is Amy basically playing a young version of Lois? As in a younger version than Kate Bosworth was playing? Because Lois in SR was supposed to be an older woman who once had a relationship Superman but he left for five years and she had a child and got engaged. Then I guess Lois in MoS has not yet met Superman. Seems weird when you think that both Lois versions who haven't met Superman are older and the one who had known him is a lot younger, lol.
