I always thought that was Talia. It's left purposefully ambiguous and I love it.
But. Anno, about your Osito/Talia comparison. While I do like that, remember, Bane throws Osito into the ocean with the prison warden when he escapes. He doesn't spend the next 10 years helping Osito get his revenge
