I'm only saying, it's easier to mention something than to have it work with a story. Nolan was able to make it work but it still didn't fit the detective aspect than you and others really wanted.

1. Raccoon eyes. Bruce Wayne puts on some type of substance he can peel off in a few seconds. It's not make-up, but something else. Maybe like whatever football players put under their eyes, Bruce puts that over his eyes.
2. Teenaged Bruce Wayne. While we don't need another origin story, a scene that shows Bruce at 17-18 would work. The Superman movies did it. Teen!Bruce does parkour around Gotham in a blue hoodie, referencing how Batman wore a blue cape and cowl in the comics for decades. 3. Opinions split on Batman. If the movie starts with Batman active for a few years, we should see how some people (specifically cops) are split about Batman. While most of them appreciate his help, he's still a civilian who interferes. Also, some might say "At least when Falcone was running things, the trains ran on time and Chinese ninjas weren't blowing them up." 4. Bat-snark. Batman makes only one joke per movie in the Nolan trilogy. The new Batman shouldn't be a wisecracker, but a few dark jokes from time to time would establish him as a different Batman than before. "What are you?" ![]() "...Seriously? You must be from out of town." ![]() 5. Corporate Crime Fighting. Batman fighting bank fraud isn't that interesting. But there should be something that shows the things Bruce does that makes Gotham a better place when he isn't wearing a cape and cowl. DARK KNIGHT RISES should have ended with a reference that Wayne Enterprises will continue making Gotham City a better place. |

well don't get me started on what TDKR got wrong, or could have approached better. I agree with all those things. Seeing Bruce with that black makeup around his eyes, and the correct lighting in the batcave, would look fantastic. Like the «mask» is not entirely off you know? |

i wouldn't mind some wisecracks from batman, ala the way kevin conroy's batman would make an occasional smartass remark and crack a smile in the cartoons (not like val kilmer "lol i just farted " smile, but you know what i mean ), but i can't imagine any batman saying those lines right there. |

Conroy's Batman talked down to villains without sounding like a quipping Spidey, just like when he berated Harley Quinn in the Batmobile. That's something that can work, imo.

I guess the only thing that needs to be fixed is...no ending for Bruce's story.
It should be a fight for the rest of his life, not one where he can retire from. |

1) More detective skills
2) A more acrobatic Batman which also means more acrobatic fighting scenes 3) No rubber suit 4) Make Batman a creature of the night again (like in Begins) plus more iconic Batman shots 5) Villains looking and behaving closer to their comic counterparts And: Don't make it a trilogy again. I would prefer a James Bond like franchise with different directors and the possibility of recurring villains (The Joker as Batman's Kind-of-Blofeld for example).

No Nolan since he ruined the character.
I want a bats film with more epic villains like Killer Croc and have Nightwing, Robin, and Batgirl in the film. I have feeling WB is going have the new batman film with alot of characters and more of comic book feel after the turds Nolan has left us. Bat fans deserve a good film. |

Even as a regular detractor of some of Nolan's stylistic choices and handling of the source material, I am unsympathetic to the argument that any installment of the trilogy wasn't a "good film".

You consider Killer Croc a more epic villain than the likes of Joker, Ra's Al Ghul, Bane etc?

What's more appealing about Croc than Bane?

Hardy was great as Bane I just love his performance he matched Bale's Batman in everyway and I rather have Ang Lee as the Batman director than Bay.

I'm not interested in any more live action Batman movies. You've already had every possible take on it. From camp to serious... and it's getting stale now.
I wouldn't mind seeing more animated adaptations, though. And more games. Or a new tv series. |

It's getting stale with only one reboot? Don't think so.
