As much as I would love that, I doubt that would happen. The only way we'd get a Storm centric team movie is if Storm was still the leader of the X-Men in future movies which would be unlikely as many want to see Cyclops come back to lead.

Though they could have Storm and Cyclops duel for leadership of the team like the comics.

Yeah I could see Cyclops coming back for the next team movie after DOFP.

Maybe they can incorporate her storyline with the Morlocks in a future film that would be great for her.

Morlocks could be a good idea, they could also incorporate the Mutant Massacre story.

Or maybe the Shadow King stuff, as Xavier first met that character in Egypt in the comics, and there was an animated story in Wolverine & The X-Men set in Africa where Shadow King took possession of Storm and made her go crazy with her powers. Emma Frost had a good role in that story as well. The Shadow King was also in an episode of the 90s animated series that had something to do with Storm's mutant son.

I'd also like to see Jean Grey return as Famke's character deserves the Phoenix treatment by Singer.

Judging from the trailers. Does Berry's character actually take things into her own hands and goes out in the field to find the girl?

I haven't seen it but that's basically what happens from what I've read. Berry's character feels guilty about the death of a girl 6 months previous by the same man, and she doesn't want it happening again.

I saw it. Halle was....surprisingly good. And I mean it. She was amazing in Cloud Atlas but because she's also inconsistently awful I just expected The Call to be weak s***. But she actually surprised me...two well-acted performances in a row.

Could it be she's actually hungry for this thing called acting again? :

I wouldn't be surprised if she won her 2nd Oscars next year .

And if that happens, she might get the 2nd billing from Jennifer Lawrence!

Well I wouldn't be angry if there is any female character (currently alive) in this series that actually deserves a good amount of screentime it's Storm not Mystique. Mystique is supposed to be a secretive assassin who switches allegiances when it suits her, the less we know about her the better otherwise it loses the 'mystery' surrounding her.

Storm on the other hand is a diva, she is a confident woman who fears nothing and no one. She can kick your butt by just staring at you and she looks sexy whilst doing it. The kind of leading lady we all want to see. Of course if Jean was in this then she too has an equal right to the top spot but certainly not Mystique.

I haven't seen The Call but I'm hearing good things about it and I'm happy she seems to be getting her stride back with each performance, hopefully that carries onto DOFP. In the article she said she wants to give a more faithful portrayal of Storm, but she's working with the same director she previously said 'didn't understand Storm' and Halle isn't a yes woman from what I've seen so far so I take that as Bryan finally heeding the complaints of many fans and Berry's own complaints and is finally allowing Storm to resemble from appearance to personality to power our favorite Weather Witch from the comics.

She looks amazing in that article. Although I love the short hair on her in real life, somehow I really hope they don't give Storm a short coif in DoFP. Even though I LOVE that look on Storm, I don't want to feel like it's Halle Berry just dying her hair white. I really want to see the actress transformed. And please give her huge "Lightning"-styled earrings...it's really not that difficult a request to fill, is it?

The lightning-styled earrings would be cool to see but I don't think we are gonna see these X-Women wearing earrings.

I would love to see her 90s/TAS costume in black. Its a nod to her costumes in the comics/cartoons yet it doesn't look way different to the costumes that she had in the original trilogy. I hope they keep the color black but change/improve the design of the costumes.

I just want to lose Halle Berry in the make-up and see Storm emerge. Louise Mingenbach needs to really spice up what she's done for the character in the past, I feel she made Storm so...bland and non-stylish.

People may say that Storm was annoying or witchy in X3, but at least she looked fierce doing it.

Some of you are forgetting Halle Berry Is playing Storm In a dark future In DOFP.She's unlikely to be In a sexy outfit as storm.

I am this new, mature look about her. Can't quite put my finger on WHAT exactly is looking different about Halle lately but...she's definitely looking very elegant and refined maybe?

Thats why I mentioned her costume in the early 90s/TAS.

So, by now many of you have probably seen the new Wolverine trailer which features glimpses of Jean Grey. In X3, there was a lot of chemistry hinted at between Storm and Logan, especially as he learned that Jean was lost once and for all. Of course, Storm also strongly encouraged him to give her up as well.

Since Days Of Future Past takes place after Jean's death in X3, do you guys think they might hint again at Logan and Storm possibly having an attraction to each other? Since it's becoming rather clear that Logan will once again be the main male lead, the obvious ingredients call for him to have some sort of romantic support.

I mean, a lot can happen when you're in close proximity a.k.a. mutant concentration camps together.

No love for Wolverine. Tired of him crying over women.

He should just slash sentinels and get fried during the finale.

LOL Electrix.

I do have to agree with you though. The more I see Logan "crying" over women and getting all emotionally caught up, makes me see less Wolverine and more Hugh Jackman The Actor. 616 Logan doesn't get EMO like this so regularly.

But that's movies for ya. But I like the idea of an interracial relationship between Storm and Logan. Maybe one day...but I wouldn't be surprised if it's hinted at again in DoFP.
