Judging by the box you can clearly see only 3 Kryptonian villains so why are people thinking 5?

Because Tor-An and Dev-Em was confirmed to be in the movie. The box don't tell the whole story.I will bet you that it be more then
3.

The box clearly show only one spaceship.Do that mean it's only one ship? No.We know it's more then one.

I don't see how that's confirmation. Tor-An has been mentioned in the descriptions of the toy sets and, obviously, is seen here and the children's books mention 3 Kryptonian criminals (although there's a chance that the others just aren't part of the Smallville battle). As for the ships. Zod and/or Faora could be piloting them as well as the robots.

I'm not saying there won't be more than 3 Kryptonians, but we definitely don't have confirmation.

That was my point, people seem to think the lego box confirms it when all it really confirms is Tor An.

It does make General Zod more of a general if he's in charge of more than 2 people :P

Haha that's true, from what we've heard I can see there been 4 others plus Zod. Maybe he kills one in anger or something lol but he'd probably have his rank as General because he's in charge of more on Krypton before it explodes.

The leaked call sheet that WB made a fuss over confirmed that there are more than 2 Kryptonians

True...I'm now curious as to who the Kryptonian woman is sitting behind Jor-el in that one photo

So the first T-shirt is hitting stores. How long until the toys start hitting shelves, do you think? Early April?

Hard to say...I mean part of me wants to say no but then part of me is like hey, why not do promotions with all three of them?? I have a BK right down the road and a Hardee's right up the road so I'd go to both

Hardee's isn't really in the same league as McD's and BK, as far as spread goes. I could see them doing something with one of the two giants.

According to comics, Dev-Em was a prisoner who was imprisoned inside the Phantom Zone, but who helped Superman once to escape from it.

So, it is possible that here, Dev Em will be a prisoner on board the Black Zero ship.

I use the middle one as a bank -- works quite well. The large cups came in handy at at college...

I got my Hot Topic T-shirt in a Large, and it does run a bit small. Usually Large's fit kinda loose on me, but this one feels a bit like a loose Medium. Just FYI for those that are going to purchase.
