THAT would be a set I said I would buy, when they first announced this phase one set.

The thing is, quite honestly, from the deleted scenes they've already shown us (between the blu ray release and the phase one set) alot of those scenes, while cool to see, would fit very oddly with the pacing of the film. There's maybe one or two of them that could be placed back in there, but otherwise i feel the majority of them (especially the waitress scenes) would just disrupt the flow of the movie. Unless there's even more footage that we haven't seen yet and they've shown us alot thus far.

Since there isn't a Hulk forum anymore, I thought that I would post these here.

New limited edition Hulk & Incredible Hulk Bluray Steelbooks coming out in June.

http://www.amazon.com/Incredible-Hul...&keywords=hulk

http://www.amazon.com/Hulk-Blu-ray-E...&keywords=hulk

Universal will be re-releasing more movies in comic book steelbook design.

http://thedigitalbits.com/columns/my...ts/040913_1600

Meanwhile, Universal has set a number of their catalog BD titles for re-release in “comic book-style” Steelbook packaging on 6/25, including The Big Lebowski, The Chronicles of Riddick, Death Race, Doom, Hellboy II: The Golden Army, Hot Fuzz, The Hulk, The Incredible Hulk, The Mummy (1999), Paul, Pitch Black, Scarface, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Serenity, Shaun of the Dead and Van Helsing.

I am super envious of everyone in the States with their shiny boxes of blu ray awesomeness... does anyone know if this will ever be released in the UK? Or region B in general? I have a region 1 dvd player but not a blu ray player alas...

I've been holding off re-buying any of the MCU phase one movies in blu ray format (I've only just got a player) so I could get the big box set and now it looks like its never being released in the Uk... **sigh**

A lot of it was unfinished and wouldn't look good jammed between the other polished scenes in the movie, I think.
Unless they go back in and refinish the effects. Did jackson do that in LotR?

Yes, he did, he even deliberately filmed extra stuff for the dvd releases...I always wish they would have done that with the Harry Potter series.

Spoiler!!! Click to Read!:
you have to use the 'decoder' like thing from the small black SHIELD envelope (that also contained your 'SHIELD access code' card) on the item 47 paper in the SHIELD file. Line up the pictures that match on the decoder with the paper and you'll get a website address where you can input the code from the access card

Speaking of the Phase One box set, I was totally bummed that it had next to no special features. None of the featurettes and stuff from the other releases.
Why release the "ultimate" phase one collection if you're going to leave out tons of content that you've already got?
Lame...

Yes Jackson did that, and not ALL the scenes were unfinished.
Besides there should be a to play the movies with those different scenes.

Pretty disappointed that the Phase 1 Collection doesn't come with 2nd disc for IM1 and IM2. Is there a way to few the bonuses on those discs on the internet? Oh, I'm also disappointed that the 90 Minute Documentary for TA didn't make it either. Overall it's a really nice set, I don't own any of the Marvel films so I definitely wanted to get it. I'm happy with it, though extras wise it could of been better. The physical content kinda makes up for it though.

Well that Target 90 minute disc was what I actually bought, but I also bought just the Steel book from Best buy to put the Target disc in lol.
Yeah Like I said the ONLY way I'd buy yet another set beside the Best Buy gift set was if the included all the cut scenes.

That Incredible Hulk and Hulk sets look cool. I'll probably get that. And the Scott Pilgrim and Serenity ones too.

I love their DVD art, I think some of the X-Men films had awesome art too.

Okay...for my fellow hypsters who own the Avenger's Blu-Ray and Phase One set...I have the Blu-Ray/DVD Steelbook also...

...Which version should I keep in the steelbook? You know...the BR has the DVD...BluRay...Blu 3d...and Phase One...I love the work that went into the set but, I've never liked the thin board/card like cases the discs are in (the art is awesome though, and I do keep the blu's in the box/brief case though...

Can anyone who has the phase one blu ray set from last year help me out? I can't find a fricking scan of the Hawkeye and Black Widow files that came with the set. The only picture floating around, there's parts of them covered. Can you help a girl out here?

Thing is: I've stumbled over the more or less official MCU timeline on that MCU wiki and they give an unfortunately unsourced year for the moment when Clint found Natasha and recruited her... That years says she was 14 which seems awfully early to me. I always suspected she worked for the KGB longer.

That site also states - again unsourced - she was only 10 or 11 when she joined the KGB, which seems complete guesswork to me. That wiki only references the The Avengers movie as source for both, and that's just plain wrong. No date for anything was given there. So I was wondering if there's any indicator on these S.H.I.E.L.D. files, so one can speculate what kind of stories we might see about this relationship coming up in AOU... The MCU timeline is ****ed up already and who knows how accurate these files still are since they are constantly shifting and changing months and years. But especially given that they contained Natasha's true birth year long before Cap2 came out, it's worth a shot...

And just for the record, I own all the blu rays and even the dvds :P. I'm just refusing to buy something that doesn't even come in my country code and that has mostly lame bonus material when I already own all the movies...

If no one has provided you with the info/scan from the phase 1 set by the time I get home from work and my hair appointment right after (which means about 9-10 hours from now before I get home, yeesh it's going to be a long day today), I'll see what I can do
