10 days for me to see it!
This is the movie I've spent the most spoiler-free. A couple of tv spots but nothing more. |

The Extremis soldiers look like Renegade Shepard.

Yep. The novelization confirms Brandt is extremis. That's why we see her in the first trailer slamming Tony up against the wall in the Rose Hill bar. Apparently she has several run-ins with Tony that leave him pretty ****ed up.

Those Extremis soldiers seemed like they're more powerful than Super Soldiers like Rogers. I mean, the ability to melt armors? Super strength? And there's an army of them? Sheesh!

Armor-melting zombie dudes? Grounded realism / Tom Clancy political thriller.
Ten magic Mandarin rings? Too comic-booky for this grounded movie.

Extremis is a virus. Its biology based. Mandarins rings being magic from alien origins just presents another situation that has to be explained. And Iron Mans world is just very techy..i sompletely understand why they wouldnt want to throw magic in there. Its not an easy concept to work around

I really want to see that in person. Wonder how long they are going to leave it up.

Don't expect this at WDW since, Universal has exclusivity rights for Marvel character exhibits or rides east of the Mississippi, which is where WDW and Universal Orlando fall under.
That being said: It would be cool if Robert Downey Jr. did an intro or some exclusive thing for this very cool exhibit. |

I really want to see this exhibit. I just have to convince my wife that we should go to Disneyland soon, and in the best interest of our kids, of course.

Does anyone think this will fail to bring in the kids like The Avengers did? The Avengers had such a light family tone to it, I wonder if the same will be true for Iron Man 3.

The Avengers was a war movie. It was actually pretty melancholy a lot of the time, but that was balanced out by good humor. I'm sure this movie will have plenty of humor as well.

I'd really love if The Avengers 2 didn't feature Thanos. I hope Whedon sticks with his original comment: smaller, and more personal. Bring on the Masters of Evil.

^I tend to agree. Saving Thanos for TA3 seems wise. How to you top someone who threatens the whole universe?

I think they should introduce Thanos in GOTG, so when he appears in TA3 the audience would've gotten a good idea what kind of destructive maniac he is, and the danger that he presents to Earth. It will also save alot of needless screentime setting him up with the Infinity Gauntlet, as well.
