And the first movie didn't say anything about a third guy, that's even funnier

Two movies I can't stand are Princess Bide and Heat...but a lot of folks seem to like them.

Al Pacino's overacting in Heat really pulls me out of the movie. Otherwise it's a fantastic film, I think. Though not Mann's best. That would be Collateral.

Haven't seen Thief but I think Manhunter is very overrated. Red Dragon is much better.

Though, admittedly, I've only see Manhunter once, and I was a lot younger so I should give it another shot.

While the art direction and acting is fine, Silence of the Lambs remains my least favorite of the Hannibal films. If I had to rank them, it would be:

-Red Dragon
-Hannibal
-SOTL

I refuse to acknowledge Rising, as I do the Prequel Trilogy.

I think Mann lost his mind filming the climax of Manhunter. Movie was going just fine up until then.

I stopped watching it about 25 minutes in, after he had killed that guy in the forest. What a dull film. I was looking forward to it, too. Even if I did know it was gonna suck

Van Damme is a better actor than he gets credit for imo (I thought he was better than everyone else in Expendables 2.) And Cage is always great

That'd be The Insider for me and I don't like Heat very much either. Thief is good too.

I liked Red Dragon better than Manhunter as well, except for Fiennes, I thought Noonan was a better, scarier "Tooth Fairy."

Good unpopular film related opinion
For me none of the other films come close to Silence.

I totally forgot about The Insider. What a spectacular film. Still think Collateral is better though.

Regarding Jean Claude, he does some great work in the movie JCVD. Very different from his usual fair. Odd film, weird even, but his acting is solid.

I can't say I liked JCVD, but I'm glad I watched it -if that makes sense. I have no desire to watch it again, even though it left a lasting impression. It's probably the only movie I'd ever recommend to someone with the added stipulation of "you probably won't like it." Which is to say, it's worth watching.

As of now, the next DC character I want to get a movie is Aquaman.

I think he'd be a lot cooler than the flash. Yeah, I said it.

Aquaman does have an interesting arch enemy in Black Manta. Who's Flash's nemesis? Captain Cold? Lame. That's the problem with Flash. His rogues gallery is really underwhelming. But as far as who's next for a solo DC hero film, I'd say Wonder Woman is long overdue. That is of course if Man of Steel is a success. But judging from all the positive buzz from the newest trailer, it looks like that's a real possibility.

For me, the biggest problem for Flash is how his main power could be portrayed on screen. Superspeed is very difficult to do and to make it look good. What are they going to do? Slow motion? Show super SPEED in SLOW motion? Terrible. I don't know if they can pull that off.
Aquaman, on the other hand, brings a new take on superheroes, underwater scenes could look very good. So I agree.

Plus the flash has a ridiculous origin that would would look stupid on screen. I mean, he get struck by lightning...THROUGH A WINDOW...through a rack chemicals. And apparently, this unbelievable event happens twice, because the same f***ing thing happens to Wally west.

Flash has a great Rogues gallery, those who say otherwise should read more Flash.

As for the bolt of lightning through the window. It's no far fetched, after all, it was Barry himself using the speed force to make sure he would get the power. Gets the power of a god, merge with the speed force and make sure you set it up so you get the power. It's apart of his power, it's apart of the cyclical nature of the character.

Let's not waste time with a live action Batman Beyond movie.
