He's just a bit above the Rastafarian incarnation for me.

After having finally watched Dredd, I thought it was a very average film. Not too good, not particularly bad, but very run-of-the-mill and lacking any excitement, thrills, or suspense. IMO, the filmmakers played it too safe. The characterizations and tone were spot on, but that's about it.

As good a movie as Forrest Gump is, it had no business winning Best Picture over Pulp Fiction or The Shawshank Redemption.

Phase One of the MCU was just okay. Not really fantastic. Iron Man remains one of my favourite films of all time but I felt all the others were just meh at best.

And The Avengers is the worst of the lot to me.

If it's any consolation, Phase 2 looks fantastic to me from what we've heard/seen.

Agreed.

I've actually gotten into a lot of debates about this with people I know IRL. Haha.

I kinda thought the same thing on my first view of it, not an average film
Watched it again, it was really enjoyable

I'm glad The Avengers was made before a Justice League movie. This at least gives Warner Bros. an idea of what works in a multi-hero crossover event. I'm a hopeful DC fan and one day I think there will be some kick ass DC movies that don't feature Superman or Batman. There just has to be, damn it!

I'm not sure if this is a generally held unpopular opinion or not, but I HATED the movie Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. I found it to be one of the most boring, uninteresting movies I've ever seen.

I bring this up because my girlfriend and her friends are OBSESSED with it. Now, they've all read the book, so perhaps I might have some new-found love for it if I read it. But you know how it is... when you see a movie that you don't like at all, you don't typically want to go and read the book it was based on.

ATTENTION: The rumor about WB's "no jokes" policy is 100% correct. No one should ever doubt any rumor about any upcoming movie, even in cases where it contradicts rumors that have previously been reported. In those cases, both rumors are true.

In other news, Bryan Cranston is playing Lex Luthor, Emily Blunt is Wonder Woman, Benedict Cumberbatch is Martian Manhunter, and that guy from Teen Wolf is Batman.

All star wars films are great. The original trilogy is no longer a trilogy but SIX films with a 7th not a 4th coming. The prequels are part of the story no matter how much fans try to pretend that they did'nt happen. Indy has 4 films and isnt a trilogy. The Transformers films are more enjoyable than the 80's tv series because that series was and is for kids. All the Die Hards are still Die hard films. Even 2,3,4 ,5. The Bat-nipples in BF & B&R are not a problem. Iron-man 2 is good and not bad as people make it to be. Jurassic park 2&3 are just as entertaining as the first Jurassic park. Avatar is great. Prometheus is an amazing film. The matrix 2 & 3 are great films and are easy to understand. Terminator salvation ****ing rocked. Sucker punch is an great film. Both punisher films are good action films. X-men 3 is as good as 1 & 2. Same goes for spider-man 3. The amazing spider-man was good.

I watched the Hunger Games. Didn't understand the hype for it.
