And I hope you get to keep the tickets, and that they won't get torn when you use them, that'd be a crying shame!

Just go to the electronics dept. I heard some people this morning say they walked in and went to the customer service counter to ask about the tickets and they had no idea and told tyhem to leave and go elsewhere. lol

Fortunately those in the department knew what was up and had everything organized.

Yes that's the ticket, I think it's pretty thin but collectible.

ONLY 8 people showed up, the casher at my store said

We had about 10..but at least I got mine.

BTW on the back of your ticket does it have the number of your ticket next to 150? For example mine says #133 - 150. Is 150 also mean that there are 150 seats in the theater?

150 seems to be on all of them. I think it's probably an arbitrary number. I have #7 and #10. Don't know why they skipped #8.

Yah mine are all in order? I just hope I get one of my theater's bigger screens. But since 150 is on all of them it makes me feel better haha

So I'm here at a Walmart in Denver, and I'm the only person who showed up. The staff was even all prepared but now feel a little bad that no one showed up. They also felt bad for me since I'm standing here alone like an idiot so they gave me the entire MOS cake to take home. I feel foolish for standing here solo, but long story short: doesn't matter, gonna see MOS.

I scored 4 tickets myself! Not another soul in site either. You could only buy 4 at a time, BUT the guy at the cash register said I could come back in a few minutes to get 4 more. I didn't need to, but it was nice that I had the option.

BTW, for those of y'all that went to Wal Mart, did you see the promo that was playing on the TVs? If so, did you hear the soundtrack? Holy moly it sounded EPIC!

but yes, the video they were playing on the TVs was indeed epic

They must have preset quantities. My theater was just renovated, which made it awesome (leather motorized reclining seats), but severely cut its capacity. I'm guessing its largest theater tops out at around 150 seats. I suppose they may have it on multiple screens, though.

Yeah, I'm at a Walmart in the Denver metro area and there are four people in line as of 7:52AM. Wow. Hope this isn't indicative of every WM or else some execs are gonna be rather disappointed with this marketing stunt.

Mine didn't have a cake, but the cashier was waring a cape. The guy behind me in line was probably in his late 40s, and what I would consider a "super fan" who appeared to be a high-functioning autistic. He was super excited and talking about all the Superman gear/paraphernalia he owns. But when we got to pay, he thought they were being handed out and didn't have any cash. As soon as I got my tickets, I ran to catch up with him as he was leaving and gave him a $20 to go get him some tickets. I couldn't stand the thought of a Superman fan leaving so disappointed. I think it made his day.

Got to my local Walmart at about 7:50 this morning (a guy's gotta shower), and I was fretting that I got there too late and there would be a long line of people looking to buy tickets. I was directed by Customer Service to go to the Photo Center at the back of the store. I get there, and was surprised that only about 5 people were in line. I was quite relieved since they were selling tickets to a 2D and a 3D screening, and unless those 5 people were scalpers buying a couple hundred tickets each to sell online, I was undoubtedly getting a ticket. But I was also a little worried that there weren't more people. Is public interest in the movie that low? Or did the marketing execs just not promote the Walmart tickets well enough? Well, either way, I got a ticket for the 3D showing, and I won't have to stay up until an ungodly hour that night and risk missing a day of work to see the movie.

People working at Wal-Mart are not the smartest people on this planet, they will ignore signs, and whatever they just aren't interested in, for sure. Even if it's right in front of their face.

Keep in mind, it's 8am on a Saturday. Even if general audiences are interested enough to by tickets for an early screening, most probably won't feel like going too far out of their way to get tickets. They'll sell, eventually.
