idk if this is true and haven't had time to check it on box office mojo but apparently Fast 6 made more than $400 million in its opening weekend. if that is true then that is huge! Just imagine how much fast 7 could do. Especially now everyone is anticipating it from the cliffhanger type ending of Fast 6. I'd just love to see her do something different.

And Fast 7 needs more female characters there aren't nearly as enough as you would expect from a film like this.

But I think she will look much better on film. One thing people haven't been talking about much is that they can do digital post production work on Halle to make her look less pregnant. It's not unusual for a big film to do post production work on leading ladies anyway (especially "older" ones). |

And people won't listen to me when I bring up the success of Fast/Furious bringing back its original cast and when I say the X-Men series should follow the same path by bringing back the original cast for another string of films.

well, S3 was the third movie of a trilogy, Amazing Spiderman was a reboot.
Reboots first movie never do more than sequels from previous series. To expect that is being delusional. |

reboots are a work in progress. If the first movie does fine, the sequels will do much more.
Just look at Dark Knight. |

yeah, but thats its mainly thanks to the creative team, the good cast and being a modern take of the hero, and at the same time, Im sure its taking advantage of being after Batman trilogy.
superheroe are at a whoooooooooole different situations these days. Much better than back on 2003-2006. The studios are clearly stepping their games. And its paying off. |

Ummm yes. It doesn't matter if its not a comic-book adaptation or not. Fast/Furious and X-Men are both film franchises and "familiarity" sells to mainstream audience.

Well If you adjust for inflation the domestic gross for casino Royale Is actully less than Die Another Day.It's impossible to know how foreign box office would
adjust since they don't do that. Adjusting for inflation put the Spider-man trilogy even higher than the amazing Spider-man. |

And Casino Royale still made more money than most of the James Bond films.

Last night I dreamed with storm flying a lot from the floor to a tall building and she was flying away form a sentinal. Oh gosh my dream was just perfect! I hope to see storm flying like that in DOFP.

She is probably just gonna stand there and attack from a distance since Halle has limited movement due to her pregnancy.

Well they probably didn't hire a body stunt for Halle Berry to just stand there.

I don't think so. First of all, Bryan knows that storm fans are waiting for a good moment of storm in this film and even Halle pregnant they have many ways to make her flying |

Looks like weren't joking when she said she couldn't stop working.
She'll be starring in as well as producing new comedy film, Mother. http://variety.com/2013/film/news/ha...er-1200560750/ It'd be good to see her in a comedy. The woman is actually funny, I remember wetting myself when I watched her Razzie acceptance speech.

Bond and Star Trek are big franchises. They will always get more publicity in the mainstream than superheroes. Also, neither of those films included backstory stuff. They just went straight into a new story (something that Man of Steel should perhaps have done, rather than rehashing the Krypton origin scenes).
And both those films were incredibly well-received; both get 95 per cent on Rotten Tomatoes. For some reason, the gap in Bond movies feels like it was huge before Casino Royale though I checked and it was just four years after Die Another Day. Star Trek 11 came after a seven-year break for the series and revived a dying franchise. Arguably, Bond could also have been on the way out when Die Another Die reached the heights (or depths) of absurdity.
