Oh yeah, I guess that's true. Haha wasn't even thinking about that.

Is Alcide a completely different character this season, or what?

Must be a werewolf thing. Become pack leader and become raging douche nozzle. "With great power comes great raging douche nozzle attitude."

Even by the apparently low standards of the werewolves. He doesn't seem to be well in control of them but then I'm not sure who could resist wanting to tear a new one into those activists.

Well, it's like the old lady whose name I can't remember said, 'Power is the real drug.' It's like heroin, just kicks right in there.

That was a convenient throwaway line to hand wave away lazy writing and inability to maintain consistent characterization.

At this point, i'd rather all the vampires die and we get a spin off of nothing but Alcide having threesomes. That'd be...that'd be just awesome.

Is it ok to be prejudice against the vampires of this show? Because honestly, I love the show, I do, but I nearly can't stand any of them anymore. Except Bill, since he's kinda something else now.

Since they're fictional, sure, be as prejudice as you like. Personally, I wanna see all Smurfs eradicated.

The moment they added fairies to the show, they killed it.

The only good part about the fairies was that Claude was super yummy, and this season they killed him off with such a throwaway walk-on bit that it was insulting.

If you were to tell me in August 2009 that this show would be where it is now, I'd curse you out and slap the hell out of you.

The fact that they added fairies wasn't bad, it was how they handled them is the problem. In the books, they were relatively normal, but with a few small things that would make them noticeably different if you were actually looking for it. In the series, like most other things, they just upped the stereotypes to the nth degree and made them a joke. Same thing with the redneck a-hole-ness to the werewolves and the inbred stupidity of the Hotshot werepanthers.

Whoever predicted Ben being Warlow or Sam hooking up with that college girl......do you hate being right?

I really hoped those who did so were wrong, but as per usual this show is predictable when it comes to Sookie's danger attracting hoohah, and Sam's questionable choices in women.

I haven't even watched the episode yet (I'm just about to), but reading your spoiler, it sounds like their gone by this eppy? Just guessing, off to go subject myself to this heroin I call True Blood since the latest episode of Dexter isn't an option for me ...

Ryan Kwanten (jason) let his australian accent slip through when he was yelling while Andy was driving off from the convenience store in the cop car. That's the first time I've heard him do that.

I was right. I gave them too much credit and thought they'd give Sam and this woman a little time between deaths to start up. It's kinda sad when a show becomes as predictable as True Blood has.

Sam's storyline is stupid since he has no right to Emma but apart from that I'm enjoying this season more then I thought I would, it of course helps that they seem to be trying to repair some of the damage from last season.
