the tiny holes are on a wheel, which is spun by a gear that is spun by a motor. the wheel with the holes is also connected to several wires and a battery, which creates the heating coil. the solenoid is optional, just like all of this stuff. BTW, wadaltmon's already has a coil and a spinneret, it just doesn't spin because he doesn't need it to for his design. mine does though, so im gonna have it spin. whether you have a solonoid or not depends on your design. mine doesn't, because i use a one way valve. by the way, no ones shooters are exactly alike. everyone has their own designs. (well, except for those losers on youtube who steal our ideas and claim them as their own) Mine looks nothing like wadaltmons. so dont just do what we say. come up with your own ideas, and use this forums for inspiration and to ask questions

elxiah waht you recomend to me making a spinneret thats spins or a spinneret that doesn't spin , i just ask this because making the spinneret spin is too dificult since i have to put a gear mechanism
also does the heating resistence should be in the valve or the spinneret?

The heating element should be in the spinneret. Putting it in the valve doesnt make sense. The main purpose of the heating system is to evaporate the solvent and thus, making the solution harden and cure. Putting it in the valve will just clog it up.The solution has to ideally leave immediately after being heated. Thus the heating system should be after the valve, not in it. Canister-> valve -> heating system

this is a solenoid valve with a copper tube that has a coil of a nichrome wire (this is the heating coil)

srry for the bad quality i just did it in a photo shop program

Oh, my bad. I thought you meant the coil would be in the solenoid (the part that moves). Yeah i guess putting the coil there would work too.

Well, the trigger didn't work, so I could either try my other mechanical design or build the electromagnetic version I have drawn.

what about just a circuit with a normal switch, just like a solenoid, a heating coil , a battery and a switch, all this in a parallel circuit.

Hey waldamaton, what kind of liquid plumr did you use for your formulae? Also, you din t mention how much spackling you used.

Hey guys, i bring you both good and bad news.
The good news is, i m done with my webshooter, yes, i m not lying i can post pictures if you would like to see it.
The bad news is, i ve tried waldatmon s formulae and it works, kinda. Here s where i need help from you guys. If we mix everything except the superglue(cyanochloride)(i think that s how it s spelled) it forms an amber coloured precipitate. It flows kinda like honey. However, the second you add superglue, a complex series of chemical reactions occur and heat is given out. It gets pretty darn hot because it melted through my latex gloves. (i m guessing it s about 50-60 degrees culcius) the whole mixture hardens. Yes, it can be stretched, it s rather strong, but the problem is that it s not that sticky. Also, we obviously cannot put this solid mass inside the pressure bottle. That means we need to either find a way to slowly drip the superglue the minute the mixture leaves the solenoid,
Come up with a new formulae,
Or (i m just guessing here) mix acetone and superglue into the formulae. Hopefully, the diluted superglue would not react with the mixture until acetone is evaporated. The superglue then reacts with the mixture, producing heat. Hopefully this would cause a chain reaction and the heat cause more acetone to evapourate and the alcohol and water evapourates too. But another problem arrises because acetone would melt my plastic solenoid.

Feel free to correct me

Some pictures would be nice; you can upload them to realwebtech.webs.com . Also, where did you get the formula from before? I'm curious to know where you got the proportions from.

I've never heard of cyanochloride, I don't think it exists. you've only mentioned spackle and plumr which I don't think will form anything flexible ( not sure though). Could you give more detail on what you mixed?

I think he means cyanoacrylate. Also he's saying that he replicated my old formula from just after I started on these forums. I mixed spackle and Liquid Plumr, among other things. This was why I asked him where he got the proportions from, because I don't think he got them from this forum, considering that post is too far back to recount.

i think you could put two valves one with cyanocrillate and the other one with your other things it could make the reaction you said

Did you include all of the things that were in the formula; or did you leave anything out?

Here's a shoutout to Hank, who was the first person that has actually recognized me off the forums here. We were all on GoofyDaGoofGoofTV's live stream last night and I actually found out that he knows of me :P Surreal.

Also guys, next video will be up on the channel SpiderDevice in a few days.

Alright, i m trying out the formulae without the superglue now. I ll let you guys know in a bit. Wadaltmon, how much psi can your pressure bottle hold and how much psi do you put in it?

Alright. I ve tried the new mixture. Still the same. The superglue reacts with the liquid plumr. It does also react with alcohol however. Seems like we need another formulae.
Any other suggestions guys?
