So yeah, I'm a part of the Conroy bandwagon, though ironically my version of Batman sounds more like Michael Dobson

On twitter, Reevz kind of leaked that he's doing the Batman costume.
Reevz himself said he isn't working on the costume. He knows the people who are though. Seeing as he has some pretty "insider" friends I completely believe him.

I know, I'm just joking around. The MoS suit is plainly effing gorgeous, and I love (most) what I've seen of the new Spidey suit.

I mean Goyer is doing Godzilla with like 3 other good writers. I trust that film is going to kick ass. When Goyer did TDKT, we had Nolan and his brother.

All I'm saying, I don't want Goyer solo. Have Affleck involved with Goyer and you won't see me complain at all.

Omgoh! It never fails. Every time someone or something is depicted with an aggressive facial expression there is always someone else saying that looks like someone's defecating. I don't know about these people but I don't have a mirror standing in front of me when I'm on the toilet. And I have no idea what people are eating to be making these kind of faces. For years it's same thing. It looks like someone preparing or engaged in battle. That is all. No offense to you regwec but I just had to say something. Is anyone else tired of this??

He said the color scheme matches the New 52 Jim Lee Batsuit. So black cape and cowl and boots and gloves, grey suit, maybe yellow belt.

He also said the ears are short. More like TDKReturns.

After reading this, I definitely expect the suit to look like the TDKR suit with Bermejo like cowl and a polished armorlike look like the New 52.

As far as the colors go, a dark blackish blue and gray, ala Jim Lee' Hush suit.

1) The reference is to flatulence, not defication.

2) The reference is to stance, not to facial expression.

3) I wouldn't have thought that putting your arms behind your back and sticking out your nipples was the best preparation for battle.

No but the Bermejo cowl is very similar in style to the TDKR and New 52 cowls. Especially in terms of the ears.

Not officially, but it seems that is the route they are going in.

well nothing has been official yet…but has anyone else collaborated the Bermejo cowl…we've had Kevin Smith and the FX guy collaborate a more comic accurate suit. I think if Kevin Smith saw the suit and could determine it was inspired by Jim Lee…he would be able to see Bermejo's influence too…which he didn't mention.

Would be awesome if the first shot of the new batman released was in the form of one of those motion gif posters quite commonly seen nowadays.

Always loved the btas lightning flash batman gif. Would be cool if they did something similar

Jim Lee's Batman is just classic Batman, either blue or black and gray. He didn't invent drawing Batman with short ears...plenty of artists have done that.

So that's fine. The comments about Jim Lee being able to draw it, I think that points to a new 52, segmented redesign more than anything else. So probably some kind of mashup of the New 52 suit and a Arkham suit?

The short ears are probably as much about Batman not towering over Superman as they are about differentiating the look from previous film's.

Also, it's so heartwarming to see people finally expressing the proper level of visual hatred for the DARK KNIGHT Batsuit.
