Strange's villains should be great once they are interpreted to screen.
I think he has one of the more under rated rouges galleries within Marvel. A nice solid tier system of good big bads, solid secondary threats, and large factions to fight

Main villains
  • Dormammu
  • Mephisto
  • Mordo
  • Nightmare

These guys could be secondary ones most likely
  • D'spayre
  • Cthon
  • Satannish
  • Titannus (once skrulls are introduced)
  • Cyrus Black (or the dozens of other sorcerers there are)
  • Bloodaxe

Then you have The Mindless Ones, The N'Garai, and Possessors who could all be a large faction to fight.

And of course Lilith, Morbius, and/or Dracula if they want to have Vampires too. But I'm not sure if they will open up the Vampire stuff. But if they did it would pretty naturally open up a Blade tv show opputunity, hopefully to set that all up.

Not sure how they'd handle something like Shuma-Gorath.

The face is because we've seen some other guy under the Dr.Doom name who also happened to use a metal mask, but i still don't understand why they didn't use the the actual Dr.Doom, the FF's main enemy and one of the most popular Marvel villains

What film, hero, story, actor etc could the following be best suited to if Marvel Studios agreed to use them.

Also add if you wish your own list of top 10 characters & opinions for say the next 10 years of future projects. Even if you have an obsure one or two in mind add it & reason as to why.

The following list is a random character pick & a few will probably never see the light of day but again you never know with Marvel what surprises are yet to be revealed.

1 Hammerhead - Dominic West in Spider Man, Daredevil, The Punisher
2 The Wrecking Crew - The Avengers, Thor sequel,
3 Dormammu - Dr Strange,
4 Warlord Krang - Bryan Cranston in Namor, Fantastic Four
5 Immortus - Fantastic Four, Avengers, Jason Isaccs
6 Constrictor - Hulk, Capt America, Gary Sinese
7 Madcap - Capt America, Ghost Rider, Damien Lewis
8 The Hood - Avengers, Zachary Quinto
9 Commcast - Deadpool, Colin Salmon
10 Taskmaster - Deadpool, Capt America, Ray Stevenson

There's a villain called Commcast?

When did we see this? I'm surprised Fox still has the FF rights when they haven't made one movie about them.

Hey, so it looks like Iron Fist, Luke Cage and Daredevil are all getting TV series. I guess that means that we'll get to see their villains in the MCU now.

I'd love to see the Purple Man appear in the Jessica Jones or Luke Cage series. In fact, he can be the Loki-type villain whose actions cause the Defenders to unite. The DD show can use villains like Mr. Fear or Lady Bullseye.

I'd like the following to appear in Daredevil season 1

Kingpin(Main villain who will bring the Defenders together.)
Bullseye(an episode that builds their future rivalry)
Mr. Fear(Daredevil's Scarecrow, he could provide great visuals and threat.)
Gladiator( Great character.)
The Hand(Or any ninja clan really, if Fox has complete rights to the Hand.)
The Owl(Rival to Kingpin.)
Typhoid Mary-(Matt failing to save her would make for interesting character interaction and intensify his animosity towards Fisk.)

I know he clashed with Spidey more but would you like Hammerhead also?

Defo on The Owl but I am a fan of old Hammerhead too.

Old fashioned gangster or not he needs more limelight these days.

FOX lost rights to The Hand when the DD rights reverted to Marvel Studios. That's why they couldn't use them in The Wolverine and had to call those ninjas the black clan (i think that's what they called them).

I thought that character had a lot of potential when he was introduced as a technopathic equivalent of Xavier. They haven't done much with him though

Yeah I don't understand that, it's not like she's integral to the X-Men mythos like other non-mutants such as Moira.

I imagine they got away with it because Viper is a very generic name, and the character in the movie was essentially an OC: different in appearance, different in capabilities, different in origin. . .

One villain not yet mentioned here that I would love to see would be the Celestials, in opposition to Thor and Asgard. Though the Enchantress, Kurse, Hela, and Surtur will likely come first, and aren't too shabby themselves.

For the Avengers it's Kang...hands down. I'm glad to see Ultron is up next, although I'm worried just as much at what they'll do with him for some reason (perhaps because besides Loki, team evil has been pretty weak so far).

On the X-Men side, my first thought would be Selene and the Hellfire Club. The Marauders if you wanted to go really dark and gritty. I never really liked Arcade, but as a villain he might actually put some fun back in the X-Men franchise, which it sorely needs to make the depressingly overpowering angst somewhat bearable.

I think it's going to be amazing to see Ultron on the big screen when The Avengers 2 comes out. Who is Ultron? He is the sentient creation of Henry Pym AKA Antman, who also has a movie coming to theaters soon. However Pym will not be mentioned in The Avengers 2 despite Ultron being the villain.

Give us a Darkseid movie!!!

Arcade I believe could be one hell of a twisted mind to bring to the movie world. His Murderworld plot given a decent writer & director maybe a lure for young & old marvel fans to finally see X Men, Avengers, Spider Man etc out under real pressure.

I don't want it ending up like The Running Man type story but I'm sure Arcade could be developed into a fun villain for todays audience.

X Men sequel with Arcade?
