Geez, so many things.....

Bargnani playing defense on his own teammate.

Stoudemire with his back to an offensive player.

There's only 4 Pistons on the floor.

The fact that the Knicks are so lousy they're losing (actually lost) to the Pistons.

My buddy was telling me about a poll he found about what GOAT at their position would have the hardest time guarding their modern day counterpart. It was like 99% Bird on Lebron. I just found that image hilarious.

Yeah, pretty much. When people say a player is "better," in any sport, there needs to be some specification, especially in basketball. Was Wilt a more skilled player than Olajuwon? I don't think so, but his physical advantages during his era allowed him to dominate & accumulate stats in a way we'll probably never see again. So if you're asking who's "better" between the two of them, the answer should depend on what you're talking about, skills or stats. This same logic should apply across the board, and it pains me because it hardly ever is.

I suggest you watch more of his game because the extent of a lot of the criticism being leveled against him right now is pure BS and coming from people who have not watched more than 40 minutes of the guy play.
You're making just as many assumptions as I am if you believe Parker won't be a good defender in the pros. I don't think he has the quickness to cover the full perimeter night in and night out, but I do think he'll be able to disrupt his man & rebound effectively.

I also don't know why you feel what I said was criticism. I'm just comparing the two and going with the guy I feel will be more polished and more of an all around player. Its not based on one college game, I didn't even see the game lol. I've known about each player for a couple of years now and have seen plenty of footage since they've started getting national attention.

Live 14 looks awful. Horrible gameplay and xbox graphics. They should not have even put that game out.

It's a shame what that series has turned into. I used to love the Live series back in the day.

That pic saddens me. Live used to be the ****.

The Shumpert foul on PG was akin to the one he drew on Wade in Game 1 ECF... and I don't recall any griping about it then.

Deron Williams, Brook Lopez, Andrei Kirilenko, and Jason Terry all out tonight

This is exactly what I said would happen. They're this year's Lakers from last season

Well, it's early. No point in getting your I "toldja so"'s in before the playoffs. They could get healthy, go on a 30+ game winning streak and Lebron could shatter his knee for all you know.

yes. I think they'll slow down eventually when they start playing actual competitive teams. Same with the Pacers.

One of these years the Spurs are going to finally find out how old they really are.

Not sure about them. I can't disrespect them since they just went to the Finals and Duncan and Ginobli aren't big parts of the team anymore really (it seems like both might be over the hump at this point).

And D-Rose injured his right knee tonight...of course. Anyone who knows basketball knows he was going to keep injuring himself. He didn't change anything about his game which is why he got injured in the first place. But of course Bulls fans didn't want to hear it. That said, if not for that the Bulls would've won against Portlant tonight and they really laid an egg early on.

I will say though that for the past couple seasons the Spurs always have stretches where they're really hot and they just run out of energy before the can close the deal. I just can't see them getting back to the Finals two years in a row, they never do.

Is the Nets's first round draft pick to Boston top 3 protected?

Derrick Rose's playstyle just begs for him to get injured. He's so herky-jerky with his hop steps and jumps that it was a surprise he's never had knee issues before. I hope it isn't anything too serious, but maybe he needs to re-think some aspects of his attacking game.

Good source tells me #Bulls fear it's a torn right ACL for Derrick Rose. If so, unlikely he will ever be the same.
