The freeze breath has a logic to it as well.

How come? These movies need to get imaginative like this with power usage or it will get stale fast. We've already seen the basic uses of strength and power in MOS(punching, blasting, etc.), so I hope this movie has more inventive uses of power like in those panels. A movie like The Incredibles had some inventive power usage that I loved.

Na I don't see a problem with over thinking it a little. Especially if you can make pseudo sense out of it. I like the idea that Superman Circulatory system behaves similar to a Freezers Circulatory System. Superman's veins and Arteries act as condenser coils. They compresses his Blood Supply into a dense hot liquid and dissipates the heat away from his body at his skin. The lungs capillaries act as the evaporator coils. They allow the blood to decompress into a gaseous or less Condense state and absorb the heat from the lungs. So basically when ever Superman uses his Freeze breath his body temperature should go up because he's taking on the Heat from the air he sucks into his lungs. It would be awesome if Professor Hamilton could be there to explain it to him. It's to bad he's in the Phantom Zone.

How It Works: Freezer
VIDEO-CLick to Watch!:

His lungs should also function similar to Air compressor also for Super Breath along with his Freeze Breath.

Even if they choose not to go these routes I'm cool with just including it without any explanation into how it work. It worked for Heat Vision.

I think an easier solution is similar to how when we purse our lips and blow the air is colder. When Superman does it, the air he blows out is much colder than ours, and it mixes with the moisture already in the oxygen around him to create solid ice.

I think it's fine to speculate as to how it works for the sake of discussion...but in no way do these powers need to be "explained" within the films, especially since the overall source of his powers is.

I'm sure Emil Hamilton could've explained his powers in an interesting way. Too bad they killed him off in the first damn movie.

Yeah, that was kinda stupid what was the point in having him in the movie? Why not use a different professor...

But he's probably in a better place now

He gets to hang out with Faora and Stabler 24/7. Of course he's in a better place.

He was at the same place as Lois he could be abducted before the explosion.
I think they could connect events in upcoming film using Lexcorp and the Phantom Drive.

I'm okay with Hamilton's use. Yeah, it's fun to see him play Superman's doctor, but I think it was fitting that he got to be the first scientist to encounter/work with Superman.

I don't think the screenwriters for most of these superhero films are that creative in terms of power-usage.

Brad Bird is a lonely exception of genius in Hollywood, he doesn't count.

I think Faora definitely survived, as well as the other Kryptonians.

I'm with you on that one. I hope she's apart of the WW verse going forward.

I would love to see Faora return so they can flesh out the character. She didn't "wow" me in MOS, but she has potential.
