Wow so many to mention literally hundreds, I'll do some of my fave CBM ones to keep it short:

Batman Begins: The Tumbler reveal and chase scene.
The Dark Knight: Interrogation scene. Pure brilliance from beginning to end
The Dark Knight: The Joker "pencil trick" scene. Stunning and disturbing.
TDKR: Batman V Bane the first fight.
V for Vendetta: The reprogramming of Evey by V, brilliantly done.
Blade: Nightclub intro scene, one of the best starts to a CBM ever.
The Wolverine: Yukio v Shingen v Logan fight scene
X2: Opening nightcrawler attack on the whitehouse.
Spiderman 2: Train fight with Spidey and Ock.
Kick Ass: Pretty much any Hit-Girl scene.

This only scratches the surface, damn.

Full Metal Jacket: the "Me so horny" scene. Also, any scene where the drill sergeant is insulting "Private Pyle"

Full Metal Jacket is awesome. My favorite scene was when the camera is panning behind the men on the line, and then the whole "Hey, Joker can be John Wayne and I'll be a horse". Whole thing had me LMAO.

Other favorite scenes.
The Man From Snowy River, when the young man jumps he and his horse over a cliff, and live.

LOTR ROTK Charge of Rohan.

Independence Day-when the ships arrive.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Raphael is walking out of Critters the movie, and then cries "where do they come up with this stuff?" Then the scene where April's second story collapses and Mikey goes " wipe out dude!"

Bad Boys-"Did you hear what I said, I heard what I said because I was standing there
when I said it".

Harry Potter 1-when he goes to Daigon Alley for the first time.

Kick Ass-Hit Girl rescue scene.

Close Encounters of the Third Kind-when the spaceships show up. This scene is awesome when watching it on a surround sound system with full bass up.

Nothing to Lose-The Spider on your head scene.

Jaws-That's one bad hat Harry! Then of course, the scene where Brody is looking at the camera and it starts to focus on him, but the background drops as he realizes an attack is happening in front of him.

Transformers-when the transformers arrive, and then the backyard scene.

TMNT-Raph getting beaten by the little alien.

Spider-Man 2-when the train passengers prevent him from falling and then hoist him above their heads, some claiming "He's just a boy"

Big props for this one. I teared up when his face changed from miserable critic to delighted child once more

Starting with Charles pointing a gun at Erik's head, there's immediate foreshadowing to their back-and-forth relationship, like Martin Luther King and Malcolm X in real-world history, these are people who can point guns at each other all they want, yet they could never bring themselves to pull the trigger because of their personal history and friendship. When Xavier accesses the brightest corner of Erik's memory bank, it's heart-breaking to see what it is because it's been so long since Erik's seen true happiness (as it was way back when he was a child) and it shows that all he sees in the humans is his own reflection of hate and rage for what they did to him and his family. The pay-off to this revelation is when Xavier teaches Erik to focus his mind to create a balance between rage and serenity, and, in turn, he turns a satellite around and lifts Shaw's submarine right out of the water (with Banshee's help, in an amazing dive and search sequence as well). These are the kind of shining moments that comic-book movies are meant to live by, I just wish that Michael Fassbender won an Oscar for this role because he was absolutely incredible in this film (still my favourite performance of his, despite having many other great performances across the board as well).
Excellent pick, that movie is full of amazing scenes, I've listed a few of my faves too

+Unbreakable - The Orange Man - Starting with the train station, and ending with David finally defeating the brutish orange man, this is one of the most remarkable scenes of heroism in a film that I'll ever seen. Bruce Willis is amazing as David Dunne, I agree with Tarantino too (this is Willis' best performance), and this orange man scene pushes just how compelling Willis can be when he's not even talking, an amazing talent and I'd like to see him play more quiet roles like this in the future. The scene inside the house, and with the pool, is both terrifying and beautiful all-in-one.

When Mary Jane gets kidnapped by Doc Ock and Peter drops his glasses and the music swells. Gives me goosebumps every time.

And Aunt Mays speech about heroes that convinces Peter that while being a hero is hard it's something special, something wonderful that instills hope and joy for people.

I loved Aunt May's speech in that scene. Rosemary Harris is such a better actress than Sally Field IMO. I've never seen Field give a performance that I've enjoyed (she was in a movie with Alfred Molina, which I thought was absolutely terrible, called Not Without My Daughter). Anyhow, moments like what you mentioned inspired me to make this video a few years ago:

Though Spider-Man 2 is my least favourite of the original trilogy, it has so many great moments throughout that it's hard not to enjoy the film. The only thing that holds it back for me is the writing for Mary Jane in the film, for some reason I suddenly found myself hating her (after I found her to be much more interesting in the first instalment).

+Who Am I? - Final Rooftop Fight and Building Slide: I love this movie. This is quite possibly my favourite Jackie Chan film. A brilliant mix of action and comedy, but with just enough seriousness to give the fight scenes real weight and tension. This final fight is a true classic, all of the shots that show Jackie on the edge of the roof are scary and give you a further sense of just how talented Jackie is with pulling off these death-defying stunts. To cap off this incredible fight, Jackie does an insane slide down a building without the use of wires or a harness and just barely lands it (as he almost falls off the building, before he thankfully saves himself the fall). This film is amazing, and Jackie Chan is the most amazing and courageous action hero of all-time.
