I'm surprised they're going with the New 52 designs for the costumes.

I love the idea of all of these costume packs, they always look great, I just can never justify buying them. The DC one includes levels too, but even still.

Maybe when they finally release the LPB Hub game I'll splurge a little on the Marvel and DC packs.

LittleBigPlanet 2 is one of my favorite games on PS3 so I'll be buying the level pack. There is also a season pass (first time offered in a LBP game) for $25 that includes the level pack, all costume packs, and the a PS Vita DC level pack that releases sometime next year.

The costumes are tempting, but they don't look as good in game as they do in the promotional pictures.

Yeah, that's what I've noticed with the ones I have bought. They never look as good.

Well obviously they can't pose in the game like they do in the promo pics, but I've never really noticed a big difference in quality.

I only own a few, but the Kratos one in particular stands out as being a very different color in-game than in the promo pics.

The lighting in the promotional pictures is perfect and everything looks very HD... I don't find it translates as well in game. It just varies I guess, but for the most part there is a dip in quality.

Can't wait for tomorrow! I'm praying the boss isn't too hard to ace. Love the game, but I dread acing the bosses. I still have bad memories from the Muppets Pack.

Anyone get this? I finished it earlier and have to say it's one of the best level packs released for the game, I'd say second to the Move pack. It's obvious that a lot of attention went into it and it's not some cash grab (like the recent Nightmare Before Christmas dlc). There are 6 main story levels (including the boss), 3 cutscenes levels, 2 side levels, and a "hub" level that connects everything together. The trophies are easy except for one that took me 50 tries.

$6.99 for the level pack that includes the Cyborg and Cheetah costumes. You can also buy the season pass which includes the level pack, all future DC costume packs, and a DC level pack for the PS Vita that releases sometime next year.

Picked it up last night, the first couple levels are pretty cool and I love the Flying Cape. The Memorizer has got serious level making potential.

These two costume packs were released in the last couple of weeks (actually the second one was released yesterday).

There are six costumes that remain, two of which are Wonder Woman and Flash, can you guess the rest?

I gave in and purchased the Gotham pack, I love it, but wish they would have included Catwoman instead of Harley Quinn. Don't care for her costume.

More revealed for this week! I'm seeing the Big Red Cheese, Zatanna and Solomon Grundy. Not sure who that "fast" person could possibly be on the bottom right...

Spoiler!!! Click to Read!:

it's funny that LBP was the last posted thread when I came here, I want to talk about the next one.

Tearaway is proof that a 3D LBP is possible, and that is exactly what needs to be on Ps4.

Think about it... in LBP3 you could MAKE Mario 64!

My 4 year old just discovered Little Big Planet 2. We played it for a few hours yesterday, which is monumental as I try to seriously manage his TV time. We'll be playing again tonight as soon as we're home. That game rocks. He made his Sackboy do the Gangnam Style.

Yeah, it's a great game to play with kids. I've played LBP with my nieces for years, they love it.
