just saw the movie 3 hours ago

it was pretty marvelous

definitely better than the 1st cap
and slightly below avengers 1
humor is there and certainly better than flat jokes in im3
the fights are not sloppy like in tdkr(random goon falling)
few twist(this is the only thing i can say)

Damn! Saw it a few weeks ago too. Did you see a rough cut or was it a clean version?

The First Avenger is like 2 hours and 4 minutes; minus all the credits and intro stuff, and that's just about almost 2 hours even.

I think TFA was long enough for THAT movie, TWS seems to be a little longer, but I don't think it is to much of a difference.

I am happy with that. I am glad this movie is actually acting legit and not just some filler between Avengers and Avengers 2.

And I'll probably watch The Bourne... something... I got one, but I gotta find it. I hid it so I didn't have to see Matt Damon's face anymore. Everytime I walked out of my room I saw his face in the picture on the side of the movie and thought "STOP LOOKING AT ME MATT!"

Go to google and type in something with "gif" and then images.

You're welcome.

The first ten minutes of the film is different than the crap that IMDB poster spewed out about the movie.

I only saw it on that Twitter post someone put on the other thread. I've seen no RT, IMDB, Fandango, etc that has the 2:16.

Yeah, Falcon looks cool.

Too bad he's not going to be an Avenger....yet.

Actually kind of baffling that he calls for the nostalgic action/cinematography of TFA when that's specifically designed to look like old serials on a big budget/Indiana Jones; something that definitely wouldn't look right with the tone of TWS based on what we've seen.

Also, regarding that discussion on Thor 2 a few pages back - Chewy was right. That is all.

I like that there is some red in his wings. Now hopefully his next costume will have a little bit more

How did you feel about the cam work in Bourne?

I'm glad they at least say it's not that bad because that was horrible imo. When they switch camera angle 3-4 times while Bourne is just getting on a motorcycle (the normal way) I just had to laugh.

I hope this is on the level where it just brings some shakiness to it but doesn't come across like they don't believe in the quality of what they are shooting and have to distort it.
