^ This is a fan coloring. The black and white artwork doesn't suggest pants. I expect to see a WonderThong in the near future

I was actually just looking at the color concept and not the picture as a whole. You're right though.

I've found Finch's work in the DC universe to be hit and miss. Granted I've only seen his art on Forever Evil, but considering that's the flagship event at the moment I imagine he'd be putting his best into that project.

My issue is that he draws all the male and female characters the exact same way. They all have really sharp jaws and sort of eurasian looking eyes.

His work on anatomy also isn't the best. Look at Sinestro's weird legs in these pics.

Guys this with straps and minus a couple of those stars would be so perfect

Brett Booth should be the new artist for WW dammit!

Ill say this as an artist. Its alot of work to make every single character look so different. Everyone is going to have their style, and characters are going to look similar. Thats just how it works. But that doesnt excuse excessive amounts of bad anatomy.

Regarding the next WW artist. I think it should be someone who DOESN'T have a house style. Thats what I love about Chaings work. Its so stylized and his own. Its gorgeous and so different from any other title.

Those were also my impressions of that weirdly colored Finch drawing:

I agree. Straps and less stars would make this a good costume. This WW has a powerful look to her as well.

I actually dont mind the stars. Mainly because they are meant to blend in with the costume and not stand out.

Not bad, though I still prefer pants, or at least for her legs to be covered up a little more.

But I like white stars incoporated into her costume...or if those are just stitching.

Yeah, batman might want to step aside a little, lol.

And I think I'd prefer a trinity reveal pic to show all or most of their costumes, like these:

Such love for the straps. I personally will never get it, especially since it has never been fundamentally part of her normal outfit.

Plus, I think that specific pictures adequately shows how badass and powerful Diana can look without it. Minus the choker and the abundance of stars, I'd be ecstatic if that's what the movie suit looked like. I'd have zero complaints.

I like this one also. Maybe the addition of one connected shoulder pauldron would complete the top and keep gravity magic during battle unneeded, without just throwing straps into the design which in the last couple pages have just given a tank-top look to the outfit.
Definitely delete the choker at that point.
Covering up legs in this style just because someone may be uncomfortable looking at skin, but perfectly fine with looking at the violent image of a bloodied head removed from a body, is asinine.
I see nothing wrong with how skin is exposed here, the outfit is quite tasteful in its depiction in that regard.

I feel so sad when I see Diana side by side with Superman and Batman. Why can't she stop being so underdressed?
