Default Continuation or prequel movies to MOS?

With the talk of a franchise of JL movies being announced soon, there might not be any room for a solo Batman movie starring Affleck.

But if there is room, do you want to see that particular of film?
Or would you rather prefer prequel Batman movies to fill in the huge empty hole in the heart?
Tales leading up to BvS with a younger actor in the role?

I'm personally hoping they can get a twilight years Batman franchise out with Affleck.
But if they can't, I certainly wouldn't mind prequels. Nothing like BB - TDK early years of course.

I want a solo Batfleck movie or two, but I'd be fine with prequels too. Just so long as we get more high quality Batman solo movies

Continuation movies with a ton of flashback scenes.

But looking forward to solo Batflecks too.

Continuation please.

I've seen enough of rookie Batman.

I'm guessing most of Batman has met most of his enemies already if he's weary, tired and seasoned.

I'm guessing most villains will be around Affleck's age or older

Continuation. Introduce Robin (Dick Grayson). Parralel Robin's training with short flashbacks of Bruce's.

fully agree with this post.

and even thought it may seem unlikely, I would like to see at least one solo bat movie directed by Affleck himself.

Ever since TDKt ended, I assumed that the inevitable reboot would center around Batman training a sidekick. That way we'd get an older established Batman, and also the requisite "origin" story for a hero.

Not that I'm a fan of it, but there's some story convenience for Batman in a world without Superman (e.g. every single Batman movie). Even Arkham Asylum included a throwaway line explaining why Superman can't just swoop in and save the day.

However, I'm more interested in seeing Batman post-MoS. But I really wouldn't mind flashbacks either, just to help flesh out the universe and especially the character.
