Default The theme of a man displaced from time

Hi everyone.

How did you think ca2: ws went with the theme of Steve feeling isolated from his own time.

I know a lot of people, myself included, was suprised originally that they went for the winter soldier story so fast because there was a danger that Steve was the only one from his time...except Bucky, red skull, hydra, nick fury, Peggy, the invaders, strucker etc. I also understand they had to kind of rush into the theme a bit because they had to focus on the avengers

That said, now I've seen the film I really like what they did. I think it was a comment on the universality of evil and that even though at times we can all feel like we're loosing against it, as long as we keep fighting we will come out alright.

What did you think?
