Official Sin City Character Casting - With Pictures

This thread is for anyone to pick any character to appear in a sin city comic and place an actor they believe would suit the character the best appearence and acting skillwise. You can even recast characters that have already appeared in the first sin city movie.

Please give reasons for your choice and a picture if able.

My first choice is Jared Leto for Wallace

I chose Jared as my pick for Wallace because his face possesses the right balance between peacefulness that Wallace expresses in his art and meditation and also the anger that Wallace has when going after Esther.

Films that show his ability to pull off Wallace's personality are:

Panic Room - For the more dangerous and deadly side of wallace
Lord Of War - Shows a nice emotional range

Megan Good is definetly hot enough, does anyone else remember walken was being talked about for a sin city movie?? it could of possibly been cardianal roarke

According to IMDB trivia, Walken was offered the role fo Senator Roark. Willem Dafoe was also offered the role. Additionally, Michael Douglas was offered the role of Hartigan and Steve Buscemi was offered the role of JUnior after he became The Yellow Bastard.

I dont think Johnny Depp would make a good wallace. I dont see him doing to many action roles. Eric Bana would be better.

Some of you guys are just doing what everyone on other forums are doing:

Casting because they look the part. Not because they can act it.

I think they should get new talent for Esther, as I have not found a person I thought was suitable for it.

As for Wallace, I think Johnny Depp could nail the part [simply because he's an excellent actor], but I still think others out there could have a standing chance.

^^^We might be casting on appearances, but Miller's work is so stylized that I do not think you need a good actor to do it.

Plus I would include all of the cast choices as good actors except for megan good who I am not extremely familiar with although she was excellent in Brick. and from what i remember Esther was rather mute wasnt she. I do not remember her talking much.
