So if you've ever read a Matty Collector Q&A, fans give very specific or important questions with Mattel giving vague and broad answers or answers that are usually so amazingly off topic. Search the web if you haven't.
So I thought, wow, Mattel lives in this magical land of insincerity, ignorance, and inability to give a straight answer. And it's a wonderful land. I figured, then, why not apply their logic and question answering ability to different areas. Like relationships! If there was a female Matty, I could only imagine what her dating life would be like. "Do you want to go on a date?" "Maybe! I'll look into that!" "Do you want to take our relationship to the next level?" "I can't make any comments about things that haven't happened yet. Wait and see!" "So...what position?" "Well, I've limited my articulation so I could get these awesome fishnets on. Maybe at a later date." "Why is your articulation so...limited?" "I sometimes have to make particular decisions about appropriate articulation. For instance, I can bend my elbows!" "So do you want to put on something a little more comfortable?" "Not at this time. Nothing is ready to be revealed." "So was it good for you?" "It's still too early to tell. But it's always possible." Child Birth: "So is it a boy?" "Maybe!" Interrogation: "So did you have anything to do with the bombing?" "It's something we're looking into!" Medicine: "So what are the chances of my insurance covering the reattachment of my fingers?" "We are able to make comments about specific surgeries."
