Yeah, I caught my friend sleep walking and I confronted him (while still sleep walking) and he straight up attacked me. It was one of the more scarier things I've encountered.

I once had a roommate that threw open my door and grabbed me in the middle of the night while she was sleeping. There are people who do some crazy stuff while asleep.

But still, murdering your wife while asleep is more than just crazy, though.

Btw, I wonder how he was able to prove that he only killed her during sleep. It's not like he would've killed her any different when he was awake.

This kind of case has happened before, I believe. I even saw a daytime TV show talking about this phenomenon. They're quite violent in their sleep.

My roommate actually got violent when you tried to wake her up. She would cook and do all sorts of things in her sleep.

Yeah, I would evict that roommate and get a "normal" one.

It's actually scary as hell, waking up in the middle of the night, in a pitch black house, walking down the hall and bumping into someone. Then them attacking you.

Especially after you watched [REC]

Well, if he was unconscious, what can you really do? Maybe he subconsiously wanted her gone, but how could you prove it?

This is sad, his guilt will probably eat him up more than prison would anyway.
