Yeah, but Kubrick didn't get fired from and/or walk off of A.I. due to conflicts with the studio, he died before he got a chance to film it. Slightly different situation.

Kubrick is dead? Wow, I thought he was living in the enigma's mom's basement.

So that's why he didn't make A.I.
